SOLUTION: Air cylinders 13 and 14 for raising and lowering presser rollers 11 and 12 are fitted vertically to a horizontal movement plate 2. Besides, they are fitted through the intermediary of fitting plates 15 each having a longitudinal slot provided in the lower end. At the time when a squeegee 10 moves for applying a printing agent, the presser roller 11 positioned on the front side in the direction of the movement is lowered onto a mask 29 and a printed board 30 and presses them.
