Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the shape even if weight is applied on pockets, facilitate manufacture and facilitate attaching to a normal face, in a net body for normal face greening work having a plurality of the pockets for earth retaining attached to net material. SOLUTION: A top part forming earth retaining sheet material providing looseness parts at prescribed intervals between each looseness part on the rear face of net material 2 capable of passing the stem of plant and fallen leaves is contacted along a horizontal muntin 21 of the net material 2. Both the looseness ends of two-folded band-like cloth material is disposed to be overlapped along the surface of the horizontal muntin of the net material 2, and a pocket by sheet material 3 and a cylindrical body 6 by cloth material supported on the net material 2 are successively formed by fixing both the looseness ends 15 and the sheet material 3 at front and rear positions of the horizontal muntin 21. Core material 7 is inserted in their cylindrical bodies to form a net body 1.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a coarse net 51 having a mesh size large enough to allow plant stems and fallen leaves to pass therethrough, and a fine net 52 for retaining soil are formed. A slope revegetation netting with a plurality of pockets 53 has been proposed by the present applicant and used in slope revegetation (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-71533).

For this reason, the bending of the pocket 53 has been reduced by tightening the rough net 51 and the fine net 52 at a plurality of locations, and the shape has been maintained.
In order to maintain the shape of, a very large number of places had to be tied together, which was troublesome and the work efficiency was extremely poor.
In addition, since the holding force is small and the load is concentrated on the contact point by the point contact, the pocket 5
In some cases, the fine mesh 52 forming No. 3 was broken.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a soil retaining sheet material having slack portions provided at predetermined intervals on the back surface of a mesh material through which plant stems and fallen leaves can pass. The top formed between the mesh members is abutted along the horizontal rail of the net material, and the two free ends of the two-fold band-shaped cloth material are overlapped and arranged along the surface of the horizontal rail of the net material, By fastening the two free ends and the sheet material at the front and rear positions of the horizontal rail, a pocket made of the sheet material supported by the net material and a cylinder made of the cloth material are sequentially formed, and the core is formed in the cylinder. It was decided to insert each material.

[0011] The pocket is formed by fastening the both ends of the cloth material and the top of the sheet material so as to sandwich the horizontal rail of the net material, and inserting the core material into a cylindrical body formed of the cloth material. And the core material are joined by a line, and the core material retains the lateral shape of the pocket, so that the net material and the sheet material are easily and firmly integrated, and the shape of the pocket is stabilized. Moreover, if both ends of the cylindrical body are fixed after the insertion of the core material, the core material does not shift or come off.

The top formed between the slack portions of the sheet material is formed along the horizontal bar of the net material, and the folded portion of a predetermined length formed at the tip of the top is formed in front or rear of the horizontal bar. If the sheet material is abutted in the protruding state and the sheet material is fastened across the horizontal rail at the front and rear positions of each horizontal rail to form pockets and cylinders made of the sheet material sequentially, the cloth material can be formed. The same effect as described above can be obtained without using it.

The net material 2 stretched on the surface of the slope has a crosspiece 21 made of a fiber of about 1500 denier bundle in which a chemical fiber such as a polyester fiber is impregnated with a vinyl chloride resin.
And the vertical rail 22 are cross-joined with an adhesive or the like, and the mesh size is about 70 mm to 100 mm so that fallen leaves and stems of plants to be grown can pass through. Is preferred.

The sheet material 3 is used to fill and hold a vegetation base material such as soil. For example, the sheet material 3 is formed of the same chemical fiber as the mesh material 2 and has a fine mesh of about 20 mm or less. A porous material, such as a mesh-like net or a non-woven fabric or a woven fabric, that can be soil retaining and does not inhibit the elongation of the plant root is used.

The cloth material 5 is joined to the sheet material 3 with the horizontal rail 21 of the net material 2 interposed therebetween, and forms a cylindrical body 6 into which a core material 7 for stabilizing the shape of the pocket 4 is inserted. In this case, a cloth such as a band-like chemical fiber having a width of about 5 cm to 10 cm is used.

Next, an example of a manufacturing procedure of the net 1 will be described.
First, in the direction which becomes the vertical direction when the net material 2 is installed on the slope, the sheet material 3 is kept slack in the vertical direction so that the sheet material 3 is joined to the net material 2 at intervals of, for example, about 400 mm. The top part 13 of the member 3 is brought into contact with the back surface of the horizontal rail 21 of the net member 2. At the same time, both free ends 15, 15 of the band-shaped cloth material 5 folded in the width direction are overlapped and covered along the surface of the horizontal rail 21.

After that, if fastening is performed by, for example, sewing along the longitudinal direction of the cross rail 21 and at both front and rear positions of the cross rail 21 as shown by line aa in FIG. 3, the cloth material 5 and the heat insulating material 8 are integrated, and the sheet material 3
And the cylindrical body 6 is formed by the cloth material 5. By inserting a core member 7 made of a lightweight steel pipe having a diameter of, for example, about 12 mm into the cylindrical body 6 and appropriately fastening both ends of the cylindrical body 6, the netting body 1 for slope greening work is completed.

The width of the net material 2 is set to about 2000 mm in consideration of the efficiency of the installation work and the transfer work on the slope, and the length is not particularly limited. The net 1 thus formed is wound into a roll in the longitudinal direction and transported to the site. Further, the width of the sheet material 3 and the lengths of the cloth material 5 and the core material 7 are made substantially the same as the width of the mesh material 2.

The net body 1 thus manufactured is fixed at one end to an anchor or the like installed on the shoulder, suspended at the site, rolled in the unwinding direction, and laid on the slope. In this net 1, the net 2 is a pocket 4
It does not inhibit the elongation of the stalk of the plant grown in it, and allows the fallen leaves from the forehead and elongated plant to pass through the pocket 4, so that the accumulated fallen leaves gradually become humus, and the plant naturally ingests nutrients. And grow. Further, since the sheet material 3 is made of a material which can be used for retaining the earth and which does not hinder the elongation of the root, the pocket 4
At the same time, the vegetation base is stabilized, and as the plants grow, the roots pass through the pockets 4 and become rooted in the ground, so that greening that is closer to the natural state can be realized gradually. And
As the plants elongate in this way, the net 1 becomes invisible from the outside, so that the aesthetic appearance is also improved.

The material of the net 2 is not limited to chemical fiber, but considering the workability when the net 1 is produced and stored in a factory or transported to the site, etc., the manufactured net is used. It is preferable that the body 1 can be wound without being bulky in a roll shape, is lightweight, and has strength and durability. Further, in consideration of the workability of fastening, it is preferable that the horizontal rails 21 have well-shaped meshes extending at equal intervals and in the horizontal direction.

If the net 2 is made of fiber, the plant growing in the pocket 4 grows extremely large, and the thickness of the stem or trunk becomes larger than the mesh of the net 2. Even if a part of the horizontal bar 21 or the vertical bar 22 can be easily cut, the horizontal bar 21 and the vertical bar 22 of the net material 2 are cross-joined as shown in FIG. If so, the cross joints at appropriate locations are easily peeled off. Therefore, plant growth is not hindered.
