【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は，膝関節人工補裝具
であって，大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材を有し，該
大腿部材が，脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と関節式に結
合され，しかも，大腿部材の関節結合面が，セラミック
製構成部材により形成されており，該構成部材が，大腿
部材と機械式に安定的に結合されている形式のものに関
する。

【従来の技術】国際公開公報（ＷＯ）第９５／２３５６
７号明細書により，大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材を
有し，該大腿部材が，脛骨内に固定されたポリエチレン
製脛骨部材と関節式に結合されている膝関節人工補裝具
が，公知である。この場合，大腿部材の関節結合面が，
セラミック製構成部材により形成され，該構成部材が，
大腿部材と機械式に安定的に結合されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の根底をなす課
題は，冒頭に挙げた形式の膝関節人工補裝具を改良する
ことによって，大腿部材にセラミック製構成部材を申し
分なく固定することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の１つの手段で
は，セラミック製構成部材が，円錐形クランプ結合部を
介して大腿部材に固定されている。
【０００５】さらに別の手段では，構成部材が，少なく
とも１つの固定ねじを介して大腿部材に固定されてい
る。この場合，円錐形のクランプ結合部は用いない。
【０００６】さらに別の手段では，セラミック製構成部
材を，焼きばめ，ろう接，溶接のいずれかによって，取
外し不能に大腿部材と結合する。ろう接には，アクティ
ブソルダリングも含まれる。
【０００７】さらに別の手段では，セラミック製構成部
材が，層状に構成され，蒸着，吹付け，その他類似の形
式のいずれかで固着又は被着されている。構成部材は，
その場合，１つの層となる。言うまでもなく，この層
は，複数の個別の層から成ることもできる。層用の，又
は他の構成部材用のセラミック材料は，例えば酸化アル
ミニウムである。

【発明の実施の形態】有利には，大腿部材内に円錐形の
溝を形成し，この溝内へ，円錐形側面を有する前記構成
部材をはめ込むようにする。円錐形クランプ結合部の角
度は，有利には５°〜２０°である。この角度を大きく
すれば，それだけ，インプラント後，再手術時に構成部
材を除去しやすくなる。
【０００９】有利な実施形態の場合，円錐形のクランプ
結合部が，膝を伸ばした場合に荷重がかかる区域の上方
の区域にのみ配置されている。
【００１０】別の有利な実施形態の場合，円錐形のクラ
ンプ結合部は，関節結合面の全域にわたって延びてい
る。
【００１１】有利には，各人工補裝具に２つの構成部材
を用いる。しかし，１つだけの構成部材を用いることも
できる。その場合には，この構成部材が，２つの関節結
合面を有するようにする。
【００１２】セラミック製構成部材を，付加的に，相互
適合する表面構成を介して大腿部材と結合すると，両者
の固定がさらに改善される。この表面構成は，例えば互
いにかみ合う溝とリブとにより可能となる。有利な構成
の場合，セラミック製構成部材は，付加的に，キー／溝
結合部を介して結合される。この結合は，焼きばめの場
合，特に有利である。キー／溝結合の場合，例えば構成
部材上のリブを，大腿部材の溝に係合するようにする
か，又はその逆にする。この相互適合する表面構成に
は，しかし，多くの変化形が可能である。

部材２を異なる断面で示した図である。大腿部材２に

°の角度の円錐形面を有している。溝５内へは，対応す
る円錐形側面を備えたセラミック製構成部材３がはめ込
まれ，これによって円錐形クランプ結合部４が形成され
ている。構成部材３が，脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と
関節式に結合している様子は，図示されていない。前記
１つの溝５は，この実施形式の場合，全関節結合面に沿
って延びている。しかし，複数の溝５又は個別の切欠き
を設け，それによって構成部材３を，個々の箇所で円錐
形クランプ結合部４を介して大腿部材２に固定するよう
にすることも出来る。
【００１５】図２は，同じく１つの円錐形クランプ結合
部４を介して固定された構成部材３を有する大腿部材２
の縦断面図である。円錐形クランプ結合部４は，この場
合，図１の実施形式とは異なり，膝を伸ばした場合に荷
重がかかる区域の上方にのみ配置されている。大腿部材
２内には，この目的のため，図１の場合より小さい大き
さのクランプ面が設けられている。
【００１６】図３は，セラミック製構成部材３が，大腿
部材２に固定ねじ１を介して取り付けられる形式が示さ
れている。この固定目的のため，構成部材３内には穴７
が設けられ，大腿部材２内には，ねじ山６が設けられて
いる。固定ねじ１は，穴７からねじ山６内へ突入し，構
成部材３を大腿部材２に固定している。
【００１７】必要とあれば，複数の固定ねじを用いても
よい。固定ねじは，構成部材３内へ沈めておくのが有利
である。
【００１８】図４は，脛骨側に溝１０を有する大腿部材
２を示したものである。所属のセラミック製構成部材３
が，溝に適合するリブ１１を有している。図４の（ａ）
は，大腿部材２の横断面，図４の（ｂ）は，縦断面を示
した図である。構成部材３は，焼きばめにより取り付け
られる。しかし，ろう接又は溶接により取り付けてもよ
い。その場合には，キー／溝結合部は，選択的に除去で
きる。

（ａ）の大腿部材を１８０°だけ旋回させて各円錐形ク

込まれた大腿部材の縦断面図である。この場合，円錐形
クランプ結合部が，荷重負荷区域の上方にのみ設けてあ
る。

る固定形式を示した図である。
【図４】焼き嵌めによる大腿部材への構成部材の固定形

Claims (11)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材（２）
    を有する膝関節人工補裝具であって，該大腿部材（２）
    が脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と関節式に結合され，し
    かも，大腿部材（２）の関節結合面が，セラミック製構
    成部材（３）により形成されており，該構成部材が，大
    腿部材（２）と機械的に安定的に結合されている形式の
    ものにおいて，セラミック製構成部材（３）が，円錐形
    のクランプ結合部（４）を介して，大腿部材（２）に固
    定されていることを特徴とする，膝関節人工補裝具。
  2. 【請求項２】 大腿部材（２）内に円錐形溝（５）が形
    成され，該溝内に，円錐形側面を有する構成部材（３）
    がはめ込まれている，請求項１記載の膝関節人工補裝
    具。
  3. 【請求項３】 円錐形クランプ結合部（４）の角度が５
    °〜２０°である，請求項１又は２記載の膝関節人工補
    裝具。
  4. 【請求項４】 円錐形クランプ結合部（４）が，膝を伸
    ばした場合に荷重が負荷される区域の上方の区域にのみ
    設けられている，請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記
    載の膝関節人工補裝具。
  5. 【請求項５】 円錐形クランプ結合部（４）が，関節結
    合面の全域にわたって延びている，請求項１から４まで
    のいずれか１項記載の膝関節人工補裝具。
  6. 【請求項６】 大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材（２）
    を有する膝関節人工補裝具であって，該大腿部材（２）
    が脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と関節式に結合され，し
    かも，大腿部材（２）の関節結合面が，セラミック製構
    成部材（３）により形成され，該構成部材が，大腿部材
    （２）と機械的に安定的に結合されている形式のものに
    おいて，セラミック製構成部材（３）が，固定ねじ
    （１）を介して大腿部材（２）に固定されていることを
    特徴とする，膝関節人工補裝具。
  7. 【請求項７】 大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材（２）
    を有する膝関節人工補裝具であって，該大腿部材（２）
    が脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と関節式に結合され，し
    かも，大腿部材（２）の関節結合面が，セラミック製構
    成部材（３）により形成されており，該構成部材が，大
    腿部材（２）と機械的に安定的に結合されている形式の
    ものにおいて，セラミック製構成部材（３）が，焼きば
    め，ろう接，溶接のいずれかを介して，取外し不能に結
    合されていることを特徴とする，膝関節人工補裝具。
  8. 【請求項８】 セラミック製構成部材（３）が，大腿部
    材（２）と，付加的に，適合する表面形状を介して結合
    されている，請求項７記載の膝関節人工補裝具。
  9. 【請求項９】 セラミック製構成部材（３）が，キー／
    溝結合部を介して大腿部材（２）と結合されている，請
    求項８記載の膝関節人工補裝具。
  10. 【請求項１０】 膝関節人工補裝具ごとに２つの構成部
    材（３）が用いられている，請求項１から９までのいず
    れか１項記載の膝関節人工補裝具。
  11. 【請求項１１】 大腿内に固定する金属製大腿部材
    （２）を有する膝関節人工補裝具であって，該大腿部材
    （２）が脛骨内に固定された脛骨部材と関節式に結合さ
    れ，しかも，大腿部材（２）の関節結合面が，セラミッ
    ク製構成部材（３）により形成されており，該構成部材
    が，大腿部材（２）と機械的に安定的に結合されている
    形式のものにおいて，セラミック製構成部材（３）が，
    層状に構成され，蒸着，吹付け，その他によって固着さ
    れていることを特徴とする，膝関節人工補裝具。
