Abstract

体9a、9b、9cと、各リング体の外周面に円周方向
に沿って等間隔で固着された複数の丸棒部材10を有す
る。リング体9bは、一端がはリング体9bの端面に固
着され、他端がシャフト7の周面に固着されてた笠状の
支持体8によってシャフト7の周囲に支持されており、
リング体9aと9cは丸棒部材10によってリング体9
