Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 ２つのプレート間にスプリングとスポン
ジを同時に設けて結合させた鞄の緩衝挿入物を鞄に適用
することにより、外部からの衝撃を効率よく緩衝して内
部の物品を安全に保護できると共に、携帯及び使用を容
易にする。 【解決手段】 ２つのプレート７、９と、前記２つのプ
レート間に設けられる第１緩衝部材５及び第２緩衝部材
３を含む鞄の緩衝挿入物であって、第１緩衝部材はスプ
リング５で、第２緩衝部材は樹脂発泡体３であり、前記
スプリング５は前記樹脂発泡体３に形成された円形孔１
０に嵌挿されて２つのプレートに両端が当接するように
なっている。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は鞄の緩衝材に関し、
より詳しくは、ノートブック型コンピュータのように衝
撃に弱い物品をより安全に収納すると共に、容易に携帯
及び使用できるようにするための鞄の緩衝材に関する。

【従来の技術】通常、鞄において、運搬中や保管中外部
の衝撃から鞄内部の物品を保護するためには、スポンジ
のような緩衝材を鞄に薄く設けたり又は緩衝性包装材で
物品を包装した上で収納していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、薄いス
ポンジを鞄に設けることだけでは外部の激しい衝撃から
物品を安全に保護することは難しく、緩衝性包装材で物
品を包装することはノートブック型コンピュータのよう
に頻繁に取り出して使用する物品の場合は、面倒であ
り、実用性に欠ける。本発明の目的は、落下、転倒、衝
突などによる外部の衝撃から内部の物品を安全に保護で
きると共に、携帯及び使用を容易にする鞄の緩衝挿入物
を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明は、２つのプレートと、前記２つのプレート
間に設けられる第１緩衝部材及び第２緩衝部材を含む鞄
の緩衝材並びに前記緩衝材を装着した鞄を提供する。
【０００５】かかる構成の緩衝材を鞄の内部に設けるこ
とにより、外部からの衝撃が効率よく緩衝されて鞄内部
の物品の破損を防止することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の好適な実施形態を添付し
た図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図１は、本発明の実
施形態による鞄の緩衝材の分解斜視図であり、１は緩衝
材全体を示す。図示したように、緩衝材は２つのプレー
ト７、９間に第１緩衝部材であるスプリング５と第２緩
衝部材である樹脂発泡体３が組み合わせて設けられてい
る。樹脂発泡体としては、連続気泡性のポリウレタンフ
ォーム、いわゆるスポンジを使用することが好ましい。
【０００７】樹脂発泡体３にはスプリング５が嵌挿可能
なように複数の、図に示した例では３つの孔１０が形成
され、前記孔１０にそれぞれスプリング５が収容されて
おり、スプリングの両端は２つのプレート７、９に当接
されている。
【０００８】プレートを形成する材料は、木材、樹脂、
金属等が使用でき、平坦でなく、湾曲した形状に形成さ
れていても良い。
【０００９】図２は、本発明の実施形態による鞄の緩衝
材１が装着された鞄の斜視図であり、図３は、本発明の
実施形態により鞄に装着された状態における緩衝材１の
断面図である。図２において、緩衝材１は鞄の上側と下
側、左側と右側にそれぞれ設けられ、例えばノートブッ
ク型コンピューター等を収容できる四角形の空間を形成
し、被覆材１１により覆われている。
【００１０】２つのプレートによって形成される空間は
四角形でなくても良く、収容する物体の形状に応じて設
計される形状でもよい。例えば円形でもよい。本発明に
おける「２つのプレート」は、第１緩衝部材、第２緩衝
部材を２つのプレートが挟持していればよく、１つのプ
レートが複数のプレートと対をなしてもよい。即ち外側
のプレートが連続したものであって、内側のプレートが
分離したものであってもよい。
【００１１】図２に示したように、鞄の緩衝材１を四角
の空間を形成するよう設けたのは、一般的に平たい物体
を落としたとき、広い面が先に接触する場合より角部分
が先に接触する場合が多い点に鑑みたことで、必要に応
じては鞄のすべての面に設けることもできる。

【発明の効果】従って、外部からの衝撃が緩衝材１の一
方、即ち２つのプレート７、９中のいずれか一つに伝達
されると、第１緩衝部材であるスプリング５により先ず
衝撃が緩衝されると共に、第２緩衝部材であるスポンジ
３により衝撃が減衰されることにより効率よく鞄内部の
物品に伝達される衝撃を緩衝でき、内部に収容したノー
ト型コンピューターのような衝撃に弱い物品を有効に保
護することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 ２つのプレートと、前記２つのプレート
    間に設けられた第１緩衝部材及び第２緩衝部材を含む、
    鞄の緩衝材。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記第１緩衝部材はスプリングであり、
    前記第２緩衝部材は樹脂発泡体である、請求項１に記載
    の鞄の緩衝材。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記スプリングは前記樹脂発泡体に形成
    された孔に嵌挿され、前記スプリングの両端が前記２つ
    のプレートに当接されている、請求項２に記載の鞄の緩
    衝材。
  4. 【請求項４】 請求項１〜３記載の緩衝材を装着した
    鞄。
