Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use of a wind girder for a storage tank to be disassembled without demanding for a temporary installation of a total scaffolding which is too complicated to assemble and disassemble all over a peripheral wall of a storage tank to be disassembled in a large scale and eliminate the need for a wide space in which a heavy machine, such as a crane, moves all over the storage tank and for no unstable work on the heavy machine, such as the crane and no drop in work efficiency is expected. SOLUTION: A wind girder 3 of a storage tank 1 to be disassembled is cut off separately from a side wall 2 of a storage tank 1 where the wind girder is in a supported state. The cut and separated wind girder 3 is employed for a work scaffolding 8 which may be lowered, thereby cutting and removing the upper part of the side plate 2. Then, the wind girder 3 is lowered by a specified height and the lowered wind girder 3 is used for the work scaffolding 8 once again, thereby cutting and removing the upper part of the side plate 2 by the lowered specified height portion. The storage tank is disassembled from the upper part to the lower part by repeating the process which drops the wind girder 3 and cuts and removes the upper part of the side plate.

In the case of the work scaffold 8 shown in FIG. 3, the wind girder 3 is separated so that the wind girder 3 does not hit the side plate 2 when the wind girder 3 is lowered by the hanging machine 7, so that a large frictional resistance is generated. An upper guide roller 12 that comes into contact with the side plate 2 is attached to the upper end of the wind girder 3 near the fixing portion edge 11A, and a lower guide roller 13 that makes contact with the side plate 2 is attached to the fixing portion lower edge 21A of the bracket 4. This is shown. The working scaffold 8 formed in this way is used to lower the upper guide roller 12 and the lower guide roller 13 when the entire working scaffold 8 is simultaneously lowered.
Thereby, it can be maintained horizontally and can be performed more smoothly. In the case where no handrail is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the upper part of the wind girder 3, a handrail 22 or the like is provided as shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 is a detailed view of FIG. 1 to FIG.
A state in which the wind girder 3 is formed on a continuous and integral work scaffold 8 and the upper portion of the side plate 2 of the storage tank 1 is sequentially cut and removed in the circumferential direction on the work scaffold 8, that is, shown by the dashed line in FIG. A state is shown in which the side plate portion 9 is cut and separated and dismantled inside the storage tank 1. This cutting work is performed in consideration of the number of installations, the installation intervals and strength of the hooking support 5, the hanging pieces 6, the hanging machines 7, etc., the equilibrium balance of the work scaffold 8, the work efficiency, or the safety. As shown in FIG. 4, the work is performed sequentially in one direction on the outer periphery of the side plate 2, is performed every other or several places, or is performed simultaneously at a plurality of circumferentially symmetric positions.

Instead of using the entire wind girder 3 as a horizontally integrated work scaffold as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, when the wind girder 3 is divided into a plurality and used for a plurality of work scaffolds 8, Since the work can be independently and arbitrarily advanced in the vertical direction without being restricted by the dismantling work on the work scaffold 8 adjacent to each left and right, the dismantling can be efficiently performed in a short time. In addition, if the disassembly and removal work is performed in advance for the portion of the side plate 2 having the attached members such as pipes, the work sequence and the construction time are appropriately adjusted, so that the work can be more efficiently performed in a shorter time. It becomes possible.

As described above, in the storage tank dismantling method according to the present invention, the wind girder is cut off from the side plate of the storage tank and used as a work scaffold for dismantling, and the side plate is cut and removed on the work scaffold. Since the storage tank is dismantled while sequentially lowering the work scaffold, there is no need to temporarily install a large and complicated total scaffold over the entire circumference of the tank peripheral wall to be dismantled. Also,
Even when the work scaffold is lowered, it is easy to descend because it is separated from the side plate. Further, since there is no need to permanently install a new work scaffold or a large-sized machine for dismantling, the cost of temporary equipment is low, and work efficiency is good and dismantling can be performed in a short time. Also, there is no need for a large work space all around the storage tank. In addition, since the cutting work of the side plate is performed from the outside of the storage tank, the cutting sparks fall into the storage tank, so that they do not scatter around the outside of the storage tank. It is possible to perform cutting and dismantling removal work.

When the above-mentioned wind girder is used for a work scaffold which is continuously and horizontally integrated without being divided, the dismantling work is performed while moving at the same height position in a horizontal ring shape, and then all at once. Since the work scaffold of the wind girder is lowered, the work is unified by batch construction in a horizontal ring shape, smooth and easy to carry out, and the work scaffold has no intermittent points, so work safety can be improved.

Further, when the wind girder is divided into a plurality of parts and used for individual work platforms, the wind girder can be independently arbitrarily set in the vertical direction without being restricted by dismantling work on the left and right adjacent work platforms. The work can be efficiently performed in a short period of time by increasing the number of work places by progressing the dismantling work and appropriately adjusting the construction time of the accessory installation place.
