が多かったが、長期保冷、例えば、30時間を保持せし
めるには2000g以上の重量物の保冷袋の作成が必要
であったが、この2000gの保冷袋を二重に重ねて使
用したものは、4000gの単一保冷袋のものよりも保
冷時間が長くなる効果がありこれは放熱、吸熱、蓄熱と
の相関性による事が判った。そして、保冷体の保冷袋の
厚みが3cm以上ある事が条件となる。又、保冷袋の重
量が1袋当り2000gのものが3個重ね合わせたもの
と、6000gの単独保冷袋では厚みに関係無く、3個
重ねたものが保冷性が長時間保持される。この重量の大
きい保冷袋を使用すると運版が大型となる程困難となる
ので、滑車台を保冷箱に架設し曳紐で引ける様にすると
容易である。 この長期保冷輸送に於ける保冷箱が長時間に亘り鮮
度を保持すると、小型アーク式オゾン発生器を具備し殺
菌を行い、生きた水産物輸送中の鮮度を保持し、呼吸困
難を緩和する為に酸素ガス発生装置を缶詰として篏挿し
て酸欠を予防する。 30時間以上の保冷をするに、カートリッヂ式多孔
性筐に入った複数の保冷袋を保冷箱中に上蓋内面、両側
面に篏着出来る様にし、サーモエレメントの小型冷却器
をアルミ電池で作動せしめる時は、40時間の保冷も可
能となり家庭配送の給食の食品の保冷が出来るので共稼
ぎの家庭の給食に便利である。
