First, the preservative container and the method of manufacturing the same will be described. In FIG. 1, the film F fed from below is turned laterally by the guide roller 1 and vertically immediately after the guide roller 1. The paired pinch rollers 2 are guided by a plate 3 having a triangular plate shape, and the film F is double-folded by the pair of pinch rollers 2 with the lower side as a crease. The folded film F is at the upper edge and extends upward by a height H from the film F1 on one side facing the film F2 on the other side. The film F has PP or PE on one side.

A first welding device 4, which is long in the longitudinal direction, is disposed in front of the pinch roller 2 so as to be able to come into contact with and separate from the films F1 and F2, and operates intermittently so as to be predetermined in the A direction. The film is welded at the interval p and the section seal portion 5

A chute 6 is provided in front of the first welding device 4.
However, it enters into the opening of one of the continuous bags in a releasable manner, from which a deoxidant or a preservative such as silica gel is introduced. Thereafter, further forward, the second welding device 7 which is arranged so as to extend in the lateral direction and which is intermittently brought into contact with or separated from the bag, seals the opening of one bag containing the preservative by welding. 8 is formed. Thus, the preservative container is successively produced in the form of a continuous bag.
In this case, one of the films F1 protrudes from the sealed opening by a height H, and as a result, an unwelded welding layer is formed on one surface of the protruding portion to form a welding protrusion. To do.

Such a preservative container can be manufactured by continuously feeding the film F or intermittently. In the former case, all of the first welding device 4, the chute 6 and the second welding device 7 move in the circumferential direction together with the film during the operation, and after the operation, they return to their original positions and move to the next bag. To prepare for the operation. In the latter case, since the film feeding itself is intermittent, the above-mentioned devices do not have to move in the film feeding direction, and may be fixed positions.

The preservative container can be manufactured not only by the method shown in FIG. 1 but also by other methods. As shown in FIG. 2, the film F is folded in half on the left side so as to overlap the wide film F1 and the narrow film F2 by shifting by the width B, and is fed downward to the right edge portion of the narrow film F2. The side seal portion 12 is formed in the longitudinal direction by the roller-shaped first welding device 11 which rotates at 1, and the unwelded welded portion is left in the range of the width B as the bulging portion for welding. A second welding device 12 is disposed below the first welding device 11, and a roller 12A that presses against one roller 12B is provided with a convex portion 13 extending in the axial direction at a predetermined peripheral position. By rotating the roller 12A, the films F1 and F2 are welded at a predetermined interval p to form the section seal portion 14. Above the second welding device, a thin bent tube 15 is inserted and arranged between the films F1 and F2 from the side of the unwelded side, and the bag between the first welding device 11 and the second welding device 12 is disposed. Add a preservative to the strips.

A support member 27 for supporting the holder 26 is provided with one member 28 of a welding device for sandwiching and welding a film, and as shown in FIG. 5 (A), an opening portion of the bag body 21. At a position above 21A, the member 28 is positioned to face the back side of the heat-welding surface of the welding overhang portion T of the preservative container S1 held by the holder 26. As shown in FIG. 5 (B), the supporting body 27 descends from the widened opening 21A to enter a predetermined position inside the bag body 21, and the welding device is on standby outside the bag body 21. The other member 29 presses the bag body 21 and the protruding portion T for welding together with the one member 28, and welding is performed here. Thus, the preservative container S1 is attached to the inner surface of the bag body 21 at the welding protrusion T.

The present invention can be carried out without using the filling and packaging apparatus of the type shown in FIG. In the apparatus of FIG. 3, one completed bag was supplied to position A one by one, but in the apparatus shown in FIG. 6, the bag sends the film F ′ to store the preservative. This is a form in which the bag is made after the body is welded to the film F'at the tip of the protruding portion for welding. In FIG. 6, one preservative container S1 separated at a predetermined position of the film F ′ is welded to the film F ′ at the welding protrusion T. The film F ′ is folded by a forming plate 31 having an escape groove 31 </ b> A for moving the preservative container S <b> 1 formed on the back surface thereof, and a pair of guide rollers 32.
Sent to At this point, the film is folded at the bottom edge and opens upward. Then, a welding device 33 that operates intermittently forms a partition seal portion for partitioning each bag body, and a cutter device 35 disposed immediately after the feed roller 34 cuts it to form an independent bag body as a suction cup. It is supplied to the position A by a supply device such as. At the following positions B, D, E and F of the filling and packaging apparatus, the same process as in the case of FIG. 3 is performed. Therefore, in the case of FIG. 6, since the preservative container is already attached to the inner surface of the bag when the bag is formed, there is no step at position C in FIG.

As described above, according to the present invention, the preservative container and the bag are attached to the inner surface of the bag by welding. Therefore, the preservative container having the overhanging portion for welding for that purpose is easy. In addition, it can be easily attached to the bag, and the preservative container does not come out even if the contents of the attached contents package are taken out. You can secure safety without saying it. Further, since the preservative container is attached to the bag body by welding, the welding portion does not contain a harmful substance and the safety is further enhanced.
