Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱バリアであって、 隔置されて向かい合い、その間にチャンバを形成する、2つのシートと、 前記向かい合うシートの間に設けられていてこれらシートに取り付けられ、前 記チャンバの複数のセルを形成する、接続構造と、 前記各々のセルを実質的に充填する、温度安定化材料とを備えることを特徴と する、熱バリア。 2. 請求項1の熱バリアにおいて、当該熱バリアの厚みが、約1.59mm (約1/16インチ)から約25.4mm(約1インチ)であることを特徴とす る、熱バリア。 3. 請求項1の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料の少なくとも一部が 、相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 4. 請求項1の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭 化水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択される ことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 5. 請求項1の熱バリアにおいて、少なくとも2つの別個の温度安定化材料 が、前記セルの中に設けられることを特徴とする、熱バリア。 6. 請求項1の熱バリアにおいて、当該熱バリアが可撓性を有することを特 徴とする、熱バリア。 7. 請求項3の熱バリアにおいて、前記接続構造が、波形シートであること を特徴とする、熱バリア。 8. 請求項3の熱バリアにおいて、前記接続構造が、ハニカム構造であるこ とを特徴とする、熱バリア。 9. 請求項3の熱バリアにおいて、前記相変化材料が、約0.5ミクロンか ら1,000ミクロンの直径を有するマイクロカプセルの中に被包されているこ とを特徴とする、熱バリア。 10. 熱バリアであって、 近接した複数の凹所が形成されている、第1のシートと、 前記凹所の中に設けられた、温度安定化材料と、 前記第1のシートに重ねられると共に該第1のシートに取り付けられており、 該第1のシートとと共に、近接しその間にギャップがない連続的な複数のセルを 形成する、第2のシートとを備えることを特徴とする、熱バリア。 11. 請求項10の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料の少なくとも一部 が、相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 12.請求項11の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭 化水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択される ことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 13. 熱バリアであって、 隣接し重なり合った少なくとも2つの層を備えており、これら各々の層が、 近接する複数の凹所が形成されている、第1のシートと、 前記凹所の中に設けられている、温度安定化材料と、 前記第1のシートに取り付けられていて、前記凹所及び前記温度安定化材料の 上に重なり、前記第1のシートと共に連通しない複数のセルを形成する、第2の シートとを含んでおり、 隣接する層の前記セルが、整合されていないことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 14.請求項13の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭 化水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択される ことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 15. 請求項13の熱バリアにおいて、前記温度安定化材料の少なくとも一部 が、相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、熱バリア。 16. 請求項15の熱バリアにおいて、前記相変化材料が、パラフィン族炭化 水素であることを特徴とする、熱バリア。 17. 請求項16の熱バリアにおいて、前記パラフィン族炭化水素が、約0. 5ミクロンから1,000ミクロンの直径を有するマイクロカプセルの中に被包 されていることを特徴とする、熱バリア。 18. 熱バリアを製造する方法であって、 温度安定化材料を第1のシートの上に設ける工程と、 前記温度安定化材料を第2のシートで覆う工程と、 前記第1及び第2のシートの各々の複数の中間箇所で、前記第1のシートを前 記第2のシートに接続して、前記温度安定化材料を前記第1及び第2のシートの 間に閉じ込める工程と、 前記第1及び第2のシートの間の前記温度安定化材料の厚みを実質的に均一に 維持する工程とを備えることを特徴とする、方法。 19. 請求項18の方法において、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭化 水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択されるこ とを特徴とする、方法。 20. 請求項19の方法において、前記温度安定化材料は、少なくとも2つの 異なる相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 21. 請求項19の方法において、前記温度安定化材料の少なくとも一部が、 マイクロカプセル化されていることを特徴とする、方法。 22. 熱バリアを製造する方法であって、 第1のシートを第2のシートの上で該第2のシートから隔置した状態で位置決 めする工程と、 前記第1及び第2のシートの間に接続構造を位置決めして、第1及び第2のシ ートの間に複数のセルを形成する工程と、 前記セルの中に温度安定化材料を設ける工程と、 前記第1及び第2のシートの間の前記温度安定化材料の厚みを実質的に均一に 維持する工程とを備えることを特徴とする、方法。 23. 請求項22の方法において、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭化 水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択されるこ とを特徴とする、方法。 24. 請求項22の方法において、前記温度安定化材料は、少なくとも2つの 異なる相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 25. 請求項22の方法において、前記温度安定化材料の少なくとも一部が、 マイクロカプセル化されていることを特徴とする、方法。 26. 請求項22の方法において、前記接続構造が、波形シートであることを 特徴とする、方法。 27. 請求項22の方法において、前記接続構造が、ハニカム構造であること を特徴とする、方法。 28. 熱バリアを製造する方法であって、 第1のシートに凹所を形成する工程と、 前記凹所の中に温度安定化材料を設ける工程と、 前記第1のシートに第2のシートを取り付けて、前記温度安定化材料を第1及 び第2のシートの間に形成されたセルの中に被包する工程と、 前記熱バリアを横断する方向の前記温度安定化材料の厚みを実質的に均一に維 持する工程とを備えることを特徴とする、方法。 29. 請求項28の方法において、前記温度安定化材料は、パラフィン族炭化 水素、柔粘性結晶、塩の水和物、及び、グリコールから成る群から選択されるこ とを特徴とする、方法。
