Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. イオン交換反応において銅塩、ピリチオン塩及び前記キャリアーからな る反応混合物を反応させることを特徴とするゲルのない銅ピリチオン溶液または 分散液の製造方法であって、前記反応は少なくとも一つの界面活性剤の安定化有 効量の存在下で行われ、前記界面活性剤の総量は前記キャリアー中でゲルの生成 を防止または抑制するに十分な量であることを特徴とする製造方法。 2. 前記キャリアーが水であり、前記界面活性剤がアニオン系界面活性剤で あることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記界面活性剤がアニオン系界面活性剤と非イオン系界面活性剤の組み 合わせから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記アニオン系界面活性剤がアルキルジフェニルエーテルジスルフォネ ートから成る群れから選ばれ、前記非イオン系界面活性剤がアルコールアルコキ シ化物から成る群れ選ばれたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記界面活性剤の総量が、使用されるピリチオン塩の水性または有機溶 液または分散液の重量に対し、約0.05%から約10%の間にあることを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. イオン交換反応において銅塩、ピリチオン塩及び前記キャリアーからな る反応混合物を反応させることを特徴とし、前記反応は少なくとも一つの界面活 性剤の安定化有効量の存在下で行われ、前記界面活性剤の総量は前記キャリアー 中でゲルの生成を防止または抑制するに十分な量であることを特徴とする製造方 法によって製造される、ゲルのない銅ピリチオン分散液または溶液。 7. 前記キャリアーが水であり、前記界面活性剤がアニオン系界面活性剤で あることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の分散液または溶液。 8. 前記界面活性剤が、アニオン系界面活性剤と非イオン系界面活性剤の組 み合わせから成ることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の分散液または溶液。 9. 前記アニオン系界面活性剤がアルキルジフェニルエーテルジスルフォネ ートから成る群れから選ばれ、前記非イオン系界面活性剤がアルコールアルコキ シ化物から成る群れ選ばれたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の分散液または 溶液。 10.前記界面活性剤の総量が、使用されるピリチオン塩の水性または有機溶 液または分散液の重量に対し、約0.05%から約10%の間にあることを特徴 とする、請求項6に記載の分散液または溶液。 11.棒状、球状、針状、円板状およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群れから 選ばれた粒子形状を特徴とする銅ピリチオン粒子から成る、固体粒子銅ピリチオ ン組成物。 12.前記粒子が円板状であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の組成物 。 13.前記粒子の少なくとも一部がその外表面上に少なくとも痕跡量の界面活 性剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の組成物。
