Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 透析器を血液区画室及び透析物区画室に区分する半透膜を有する該透析器を 再処理する方法であって、 容積当たり約1.0乃至5.0重量%の濃度のクエン酸を含む水溶液で該透 析器の該血液及び透析物区画室を満たし、 該水溶液を含む該透析器を100℃未満の高温にさらし、該透析器に含まれ る病原生体及びウイルスを殺すのに十分な時間に亘り行うようにすることから成 る透析器再処理方法。 2 前記高温にさらす段階が、約90℃を越える温度において約15乃至25時 間に亘り行われる、請求項1の方法。 3 前記クエン酸の濃度が容積当たり約1.5重量%でありかつ前記高温にさら す段階が約95℃の温度で行われる、請求項2の方法。 4 前記高温にさらす段階が約20時間に亘り行われる、請求項2の方法。 5 該透析器が前記高温にさらす段階の終りで無菌になる、請求項1の方法。 6 前記高温にさらす段階後の該透析器のクリアランス及び透過性が、同一の構 造及び組成をもつ再処理されたことがない透析器のクリアランス及び透過性とほ ぼ同一である、請求項1の方法。 7 クエン酸のみが前記水溶液中の活性成分である、請求項1の方法。 8 該透析器が中空繊維透析器である、請求項1の方法。 9 透析器を血液区画室及び透析物区画室に区分する半透膜を有し、前記区画室 の各々が室温において細菌発育を阻止するのに十分な濃度のクエン酸水溶液を含 む透析器。 10 クエン酸の濃度が容積当たり約1.0乃至5.0重量%である、請求項9の 透析器。 11 クエン酸の濃度が容積当たり約1.5重量%である、請求項9の透析器。 12 クエン酸のみが前記水溶液中の活性成分である、請求項9の透析器。 13 透析器を血液区画室及び透析物区画室に区分する半透膜を有する該透析器を 用いて患者に透析を施し、 該透析器を再処理し、 容積当たり約1.0乃至5.0重量%の濃度のクエン酸を含む水溶液 で該透析器の該血液及び透析物区画室を満たし、 該水溶液を含む該透析器を100℃未満の高温にさらし、該透析器に 含まれる病原生体及びウイルスを殺すのに十分な時間に亘り行うようにすること によって再処理をするようにし、 該水溶液を除去することなく該再処理した透析器を室温で貯蔵し、 該再処理した透析器を用いて患者に透析を施すことから成る血液透析方法。 14 前記再処理する段階が、前記第1の透析を施す段階後2時間以内に行われる 、請求項13の方法。 15 前記貯蔵段階が24時間以上に亘り行われる、請求項13の方法。 16 該血液又は透析物区画室内のクエン酸を分析することなく前記第2の透析を 施す段階が行われる、請求項13の方法。 17 前記高温にさらす段階が、約90℃を越える温度において約15乃至25時 間に亘り行われる、請求項13の方法。 18 クエン酸の濃度が容積当たり約1.5重量%でありかつ前記高温にさらす段 階が約95℃で行われる、請求項17の方法。 19 前記高温にさらす段階が約20時間に亘り行われる、請求項17の方法。 20 該透析器が前記高温にさらす段階の終りで無菌になる、請求項13の方法。 21 前記再処理段階後の該透析器のクリアランス及び透過性が、同一の構造及び 組成をもつ再処理されたことがない透析器のクリアランス及び透過性とほぼ同一 である、請求項1の方法。 22 クエン酸のみが前記水溶液中の活性成分である、請求項13の方法。 23 該透析器が中空繊維透析器である、請求項13の方法。
