Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 2列に配列されたシリンダを有し、且つ、関連した隣接する複数のシリン ダ対内にクロスヘッド用案内面(9)を備えた横断補強材(7、8)を有したク ロスヘッドタイプの大型2ストロークV型エンジン用クロスヘッド(4)であっ て、各シリンダはそれぞれの列に位置決めされ、一対のシリンダに関係した2本 の連接棒(3)が連接棒結合ピン(2)上で横に並んで支承されており、且つ、 クロスヘッドピン(14)の軸受面(15)が、該軸受面を一方のクロスヘッド シュー(16)に結合する第1のピン部分(18)が前記軸受面を他方のクロス ヘッドシュー(17)に結合する第2のピン部分(19)より長くなるように、 前記ピンの長手方向に非対称に位置決めされているクロスヘッドタイプの大型2 ストロークV型エンジン用クロスヘッドにおいて、関連するクロスヘッドシュー を備えた第1のピン部分(18)の質量を低減し、及び/または、関連するクロ スヘッドシューを備えた第2のピン部分(19)の質量を増大してクロスヘッド シュー(16、17)を備えたクロスヘッドピン(14)の重心(21、21′ )がクロスヘッド軸受の略中央に位置するようにしたことを特徴とするクロスヘ ッドタイプの大型2ストロークV型エンジン用クロスヘッド(4)。 2. 前記第1のピン部分(18)が前記第2のピン部分(19)に対して前記 第1のピン部分の質量を低減する中央に伸長するボア(20)を有することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド(4)。 3. 前記第1のピン部分(18)の径がその全長の一部(22)に亙り前記第 2のピン部分の径より小径にされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロ スヘッド(4)。 4. 前記第1のピン部分のクロスヘッドシュー(16)の質量が第2のピン部 分(17)のクロスヘッドシューの質量より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に 記載のクロスヘッド(4)。
