Since the gap between the board 17 and the circuit board 11 is narrow, electrical parts such as resistors could not be mounted. Further, there has been a problem that the number of electric components mounted on the circuit board increases and the length of the circuit board increases as the performance of the luminaire increases.

In the elongated lighting fixture, the circuit board becomes long, and the amount of warp generated in the longitudinal direction becomes large. When the amount of warp becomes large, there is a problem in reliability of the inverter lighting device such that stress is applied to an electric component and a soldering portion of the electric component to a circuit board.

Instead of mounting electrical parts such as resistors and transistors in the mounting spaces 38 and 52 formed below the transformer 25 or the choke 45, the temperature of the transformer 25 or the choke 45 is detected by a circuit. It is also possible to use a temperature sensitive element. That is, in an inverter lighting device in which an electric component such as a capacitor and a circuit board on which a transformer or a choke for boosting or a current limiting element is mounted are housed in a metal case, the transformer or choke is used. There is provided a mounting space formed so that a temperature sensitive element for detecting the temperature of the battery can be mounted, and a part of the electric component and the temperature sensitive element are arranged in the mounting space and mounted on the circuit board. In the inverter lighting device, the temperature sensing element for detecting the temperature in a circuit is arranged just below the transformer or choke coil, so that the temperature of the transformer or choke coil can be accurately measured with little variation. It can be detected. Further, if the temperature sensitive element is brought into contact with the transformer or choke coil and mounted on the circuit board 11, the temperature of the transformer or choke coil can be detected more accurately.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, in the inverter lighting device, a mounting space in which a part of the electric component can be mounted is provided below the transformer or the choke, and the mounting space is formed. Since a part of the electric component is arranged in the space and mounted on the circuit board, the mounting efficiency of the electric component on the circuit board can be improved. Furthermore, when the instrument main body has an elongated shape, the length of the circuit board in the longitudinal direction can be shortened. Therefore, the warp of the circuit board in the longitudinal direction can be reduced, and the reliability of the inverter lighting device can be ensured.
