Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recording paper sheet to be discharged to a stacker part from curving greatly so as to stack the paper sheet accurately. SOLUTION: While a recording paper sheet 7 fed to a paper discharging part 12 is conveyed by means of a paper discharge roller 121 and two paper discharge rollers 122, a curl in the recording paper sheet 7 is eliminated by means of the paper discharge rollers 122, and then, the paper sheet 7 is discharged to a stacker part 13. When the recording paper sheet 7 is discharged, the paper discharging direction for the recording paper sheet 7 is regulated by means of a paper discharge guide part 124a arranged in the tip part of a reinforcing member 124, so that the whole of the recording paper sheet 7 can be stably stacked in the stacker part 13.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
Of the paper output roller 121 of the paper output unit 12 having two paper output rollers 122 contacting the lower part of the paper output roller 121 and the paper output roller 121.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the recording paper 7 is discharged by rotating clockwise, the recording paper 7 to be discharged is the discharge roller 121.
Rotation direction, the paper output roller 121 and the paper output roller 12 in the subsequent stage
Due to the relationship of the contact position with the sheet 2, the sheet is ejected in the obliquely upward direction indicated by the arrow A, and the originally ideal horizontal direction X is not obtained. For this reason, the discharged recording paper 7 is bent into an S-shape as shown in FIG. 7, the recording paper 7 cannot be fed normally, and the recording paper 7 is correctly stacked on the stacker unit 13. I will not be able to.

The recording paper 7 on which the toner image has been fixed by the fixing device 11 is fixed to the fixing device 1 on the paper discharge section 12 having the above-described structure.
When the recording paper 7 is guided and fed by the post-fixing guide 111 provided in the latter stage of the first sheet, the recording paper 7 is ejected while being conveyed by the paper ejection roller 121 and the two paper ejection rollers 122 that rotate clockwise. The curl is corrected by the roller 122 and the sheet is ejected.
Although the front end of the recording paper 7 to be ejected is sent out in an obliquely upward direction, as shown in FIG. 1, the recording paper 7 comes into contact with a paper ejection guide portion 124a provided at the front end of the reinforcing member 124 so that the paper ejection direction is changed. The sheet is corrected to be substantially parallel to the stack surface 131 of the stacker unit 13, is smoothly curved, and is discharged to the stacker unit 13. Accordingly, the rear end of the discharged recording paper 7 is not largely bent, and the entire recording paper 7 can be stably stacked on the stacker unit 13. In addition, the reinforcing member 1 is provided with a paper ejection guide portion 124a that regulates the paper ejection direction of the recording paper 7 that is ejected.
Since it is formed integrally with 24, the assembly work of the paper discharge unit 12 can be easily performed.

A recording paper 7 on which image information is recorded as described above.
When the recording sheet 7 is fed from the fixing device 11 to the paper output unit 12, the recording sheet 7 is guided by the post-fixing guide 111 provided at the rear stage of the fixing device 11. The post-fixing guide 111 is made of synthetic resin and is formed by the fixing device 11. Since it is provided immediately after, it may be deformed by the heat of the fixing device 11 if it is used for a long time. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a concave groove 124b is provided on the side of the fixing member 11 of the reinforcing member 124, and the concave groove 124b is formed.
After fixing, the center of the tip of the guide 111 may be fitted.
By thus fitting and fixing the center of the tip of the post-fixing guide 111 of the concave groove 124b of the reinforcing member 124, it is possible to prevent the post-fixing guide 111 from being deformed by the heat of the fixing device 11. Therefore, even if the fixing device 11 is used for a long period of time, the recording paper 7 sent from the fixing device 11 to the paper discharge unit 12 can be stably guided, and the fixing device 11 and the paper discharge unit 1 can be used.
It is possible to prevent a recording paper jam from occurring between the two. Further, since the reinforcing member 124 is used to suppress the thermal deformation of the post-fixing guide 111, a member for suppressing the thermal deformation of the post-fixing guide 111 is not required, and the assembling work can be simplified and the cost can be reduced. Can be down.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a metallic reinforcing cover 112 having a convex portion or a convex groove which contacts the post-fixing guide 111 is arranged outside the post-fixing guide 111,
The tip end of the reinforcing cover 112 may be fixed to the reinforcing member 124 with a screw. By disposing the reinforcing cover 112 outside the post-fixing guide 111 as described above, thermal deformation of the post-fixing guide 111 can be further suppressed, and heat radiated to the fixing device 11 or other parts can be further suppressed. It can be reduced.

Further, the discharge guide portion may be formed integrally with the reinforcing member, or the post-fixing guide or the reinforcing cover may be attached to the reinforcing member.
Since it is fixed, there is no need for a dedicated member that controls the paper discharge direction of the recording paper or a dedicated member that suppresses thermal deformation of the post-fixing guide. Can be achieved.
