Abstract

くく且つ燃焼時に多量の煙を発する酢酸ビニル樹脂エマ
ルジョンの割合を減少させることに想到したものであ
る。因みに、一般の被塗装物の場合には防火等の観点か
ら水性塗料も難燃性であることが要求されるため、塗膜
形成要素として燃えにくい酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルジョン
を用いることはむしろ望ましいことであるが、玩具花火
の火薬部に塗着する水性塗料に関する限り、燃えやすい
塗膜形成要素を用いることが望ましいのであり、該塗膜
形成要素は燃焼時の煙が少ないものであることも必要で
ある。加えて、水溶性繊維素高分子樹脂は結合力が高い
ため塗膜の膜厚を薄く形成することが可能であり、更に
水溶性繊維素高分子樹脂は保水性が高く、顔料を多量に
保持することができるため塗膜の膜厚が薄いときでもそ
の隠蔽力を高めることが可能である。
