2. Description of the Related Art Temporarily adhered to surfaces of synthetic resin plates, decorative plywood, metal plates, painted steel plates, etc., to prevent scratches and stains during the processing, transportation and storage of these adherends BACKGROUND ART A surface protective film in which an adhesive layer is provided on one surface of a base film made of a vinyl resin or a polyolefin resin has been widely used. The surface protective film is in close contact with the adherend during processing, transportation, and storage of the adherend, and when it becomes unnecessary, leave a part of the adhesive layer on the surface of the adherend. It is required to have an appropriate tackiness that can be easily peeled off.

However, the surface protection film disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-30911 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-103975 is a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate or an aluminum plate, a polyester resin coated steel plate, an acrylic resin. Adhesion progresses strongly after sticking to a coated steel plate or the like, and sometimes peeling becomes impossible in particular in applications involving heating.

The releasability of the surface protective film disclosed in JP-A No. 1-129085 from a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate or an aluminum plate is described in the above-mentioned JP-B-5.
Although it has been improved as compared with that of the surface protective film disclosed in JP-A-8-30911 and JP-B-61-103975, it is not sufficient, and this is the introduction of a higher alkyl group added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The polyethyleneimine thus obtained was originally adhered to an adherend such as a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, or various coated steel plates, and then a necessary amount of bleeding was observed at the interface between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Although it is intended to suppress the progress of adhesion, since the bleed-out at a high temperature is remarkable in the polyethyleneimine in which a higher alkyl group is introduced in the first place, for example, the surface protective film is formed by a coextrusion molding method. When bleeding out, plating out on cooling rolls or various guides, or bleeding during storage,
The concentration of the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer increases and the initial adhesive strength of the surface protective film decreases, and it peels off during use, or conversely, it is peeled off on the back side during plating out or during storage, resulting in a peeling function. It was poor in stability, for example, the effect of suppressing adhesion promotion was lost.

In the surface protective film of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned inner layer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is also provided with one or more bleeding additives selected from the group of high molecular weight substances having a long-chain alkyl group and fatty acid amide. Although it may be added, the amount of the bleeding additive added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 5 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-forming component. (Comparative Example 3) The inner layer of Example 1 was not provided (the surface layer was the only base material), the thickness of the surface layer was 50 μm, and 1 part by weight of an octadecyl isocyanate adduct of polyethyleneimine was added to the surface layer. Aside from the above, the same structure as in Example 1 was used, and in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, a surface protection film was produced by a two-layer coextrusion method using a T-die.

Immediately after the production of the surface protective films obtained in the above Examples and Comparative Examples and after heat storage (40 ° C. × 2 weeks)
The adhesive strength, time-dependent peeling strength, and stain resistance of the sample (1) were measured and evaluated by the following methods. The measurement and evaluation results are shown in Table 1.

The surface protective films of the above-mentioned examples were excellent immediately after production and after heating and storage, no matter in terms of tackiness, peeling strength with time and stain resistance, no problem was found. The performance was shown. In the surface protective film of Comparative Example 1, the adhesion promotion has already started immediately after the production, and the peeling strength with time exceeds the practical proper level upper limit of 300 g / 25 mm both immediately after the production and after heating and storage. Is getting worse. In the surface protective film of Comparative Example 2, although the bleeding additive was blended in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the surface protective film after heat storage was also
Adhesion progressed, the time-dependent peeling strength became large, and it became difficult to peel off, and the contamination evaluation was also poor. Comparative Example 3
Although the surface protective film of No. 1 has a bleeding additive added to the base material, the adhesive strength in the normal state is low and the peeling strength with time shows a small value, but the adhesive residue, stain resistance, etc. are evaluated. Is getting worse.

Since the surface protective film of the present invention is constructed as described above, the manufacturing conditions of the surface protective film,
After being attached to the adherend, the bleeding additive effectively bleeds without being significantly affected by external conditions such as distribution / storage conditions and inventory period, and adhesion is promoted without affecting its adhesive strength. It works effectively for suppression. Moreover, since the bleeding additive is present in the base material surface layer in an extremely small amount necessary for molding, the adhesive strength does not decrease during distribution and storage.
