Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sufficient fitting strength to be obtained even when a separator is made to be a thin wall, and also to enable the fitting operation to be performed without a rubbing operation. SOLUTION: This fitting structure divides a separator 11 with substantially cone cylindrical shape into two by a plane of the same direction as the central axis, then the divided separators 11a, 11b are combined at the parting face. In this case, an engagement nail 15 protruding in the circumference direction is provided on an end part of the divided separator 11a which is one of the divided separators at the parting face, and an engagement hole 19 to which the engagement nail is fitted is provided in an end part of the other separator 11b which is to be combined with the end part of the one separator 11a.

A flange portion 5 is formed on the combined portion of the separator 1 so as to extend in parallel with the combined surface. The flange portions 5 of the separator 1 are brought into contact with each other to be assembled into a substantially conical tubular shape. In the separator 1, in order to stabilize the characteristics of the deflection coil, it is preferable that the flange portions 5 are brought into close contact with each other without a gap. Therefore, in the conventional separator 1, as shown in FIG. 7, one dovetail portion 7 of the combination portion is provided with a dovetail protrusion 7, and the other flange portion 5 is provided with a dovetail groove 9 that fits into the dovetail tenet 7. Had been formed.

However, in recent years, the separator 1 tends to be thinned under various conditions. Therefore, in the conventional dovetail structure, since the thickness of the separator 1 becomes thin, the dovetail ten and the dovetail groove 9 become thin, and there is a problem that the fitting effective surface is reduced and the fitting strength cannot be sufficiently maintained. When the fitting strength is reduced, a gap is generated on the combined surface, which causes variations in various operations of the deflection coil, which deteriorates the characteristics of the deflection coil. In addition, in the above-described conventional fitting structure, a plurality of dovetail structures are fitted at the same time by rubbing the divided separators 1 in the direction of the combined surface. there were. Furthermore, since the dovetails 7 having a wide tip and the dovetail groove 9 having a wide groove bottom are formed, the extraction direction from the mold during the molding of the separator is restricted, which complicates the molding process. there were. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even when the separator has a reduced thickness, sufficient fitting strength is obtained, the combined surfaces are stably brought into close contact, and they do not depend on the grinding operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a fitting structure that can be fitted and that does not have a restriction on the pulling direction during molding.

It is characterized in that a claw portion protruding inward in the radial direction of the separator is provided, and a locking hole fitted to the claw portion is provided at an end of the other divided separator combined with the end. . Further, it is preferable that the divided separator is made of a flexible material that is deformable in the radial direction. Also,
In the fitting structure, the locking claw is provided at one end of the divided separator, and the locking hole is provided symmetrically with the locking claw with the central axis sandwiched at the other end of the divided separator. It may be characterized in that it is provided, and two divided separators having the same shape are combined with each other.

In the fitting structure of the deflection yoke separator thus constructed, it is possible to lock in the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the separator, and the fitting strength can be secured without being affected by the thinning of the separator. It will be possible. Further, the diameter portion of the mating separator is sandwiched from the outside by the locking claws, so that it is possible to regulate the disengagement of the combined portion that tends to spread outward in the radial direction, which was difficult to regulate in the conventional structure. And
By providing the circular arc portion of the separator with flexibility to be deformed in the radial direction, the locking claw is displaced to the outside of the mating separator and can be fitted into the locking hole. As a result, it is not necessary for the locking claw itself to have an elastic action, and the locking claw can be formed with a small size. Furthermore, by providing a locking claw at one end of one separator and symmetrically forming a locking hole at the other end with the central axis sandwiched, two separated separators of the same shape are used. Then, the fitting becomes possible.

The operation of the separator fitting structure thus constructed will be described. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a combination direction of the separators, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a bending direction of the separators. When assembled, the separators 11 are assembled in a direction sandwiching the neck of a cathode ray tube (not shown). That is, in the conventional separator, the fitting is performed by laminating in the direction parallel to the combined surface, but in the separator 11 according to the present invention, the separator 1 is arranged in the direction orthogonal to the combined surface.
1a and 11b will be combined.

When the pair of separators 11a and 11b approach each other and the locking claw 15 comes into contact with the flange portion 13 of the mating separator 11b, the separator 11a provided with the locking claw 15 has the locking claw 15 tip. When the tapered surface 21 of the separator abuts on the flange portion 13 of the counterpart separator 11b, the direction in which the arc portion of the entire separator 11a opens, that is,
The combined surface is bent outward in the radial direction (direction of arrow a in FIG. 5) and elastically deformed.

As a result, the locking claw 15 is displaced to the outside of the mating separator 11b, and the mating separator 11b.
It will be fitted over the outside of the flange portion 13 of the above and engage with the locking hole 19. That is, the separator 11 a fits the locking claw 15 into the locking hole 19 by flexing the entire separator 11 a regardless of the deformation of the locking claw 15. As a result, it is not necessary to give the locking claw 15 an elastic action, and the locking claw 15 can be formed in a small size.

In this fitting structure, the mating separator 11
The diameter portion of b is sandwiched by the locking claws 15 from the outside, so that the disengagement of the combined portion, which tends to spread outward in the radial direction, which is difficult to control with the conventional structure, is restricted. Further, as a result, the deformation of the separator 11 in the radial expansion direction is restricted, and the warp shown in the arrow b direction in FIG. 2 does not occur.

Further, the winding is applied so that both ends of the combined portion of the separator 11 are radially inward (arrow b in FIG. 2).
It is deformed so that it can be bent in the opposite direction. In the present fitting structure, the claw portion 1 of the locking claw 15 is provided against such deformation.

As described above, according to the above-described separator fitting structure, it is possible to lock the separator 11 in the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the conventional dovetail structure formed within the thickness of the separator. Therefore, the fitting strength can be secured without being affected by the thinning of the separator 11, and even in the thin separator 11, the mating surfaces can be brought into close contact with each other with high fitting strength. As a result, the combined surface does not vary, and the characteristics of the deflection coil can be stabilized.
