【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 経糸に比べて太い糸をもって表緯糸とな
し、この表緯糸に対して沈む3本の経糸と浮く1本の経
糸の合計4本の経糸を1単位として綴じて表層を形成
し、経糸に比べて太い裏緯糸に対し、浮く3本の経糸と
沈む1本の経糸の合計4本の経糸をもって1単位として
綴じて裏層を形成し、上記4本の経糸が表裏共通の経糸
となるように構成した通称緯二重織と呼ばれる組織を原
組織として、この原組織を緯方向に2連続させて面積が
2倍の2倍組織を形成し、 この2倍組織の表層の構成は、沈む7本の経糸と浮く1
本の経糸の合計8本の経糸で綴じられて表層を形成する
太い第一の表緯糸と、沈む3本の経糸と浮く1本の経糸
の合計4本の経糸の単位を2単位繰返した合計8本の経
糸で綴じられて表層を形成する太い第二の表緯糸と、沈
む7本の経糸と浮く1本の経糸の合計8本の経糸で綴じ
られかつ上記第一の緯糸の場合に比べて位相をずらせて

を形成する太い第四の表緯糸とからなり、 上記2倍組織の裏層の構成は、浮く3本の経糸と沈む1
本の経糸の合計4本の経糸の単位を2単位繰り返した経
糸で綴じられて裏層を形成する太い第一の裏緯糸と、浮
く3本の経糸と沈む1本の経糸の合計4本の経糸の単位
を2単位繰り返しかつ上記第一の裏緯糸の場合に比べて
位相をずらせて沈む経糸を配置した太い第二の裏緯糸と
からなり、この第一の裏緯糸と第二の裏緯糸を繰り返し
て裏層を構成し、 表層を形成する表緯糸は2本〜12本の単糸を撚り合わ
せた撚糸からなり、裏層を構成する裏緯糸は織布後に起
毛加工されていて、その起毛加工によって起毛前に比べ
て縮まった状態にあり、この裏緯糸の縮みによって、上
記表緯糸は起毛加工前に比べて短縮され、膨らんだ状態
にあることを特徴とする寝具。
