ながら、ギアポンプの回転数をギアポンプ前圧力の設定
値に対する偏差と原料供給機による原料供給量に基づい
てフィードフォーワード制御するから、押出成形機がベ
ントアップ状態や飢餓状態に陥ることなく円滑な立ち上
げ運転あるいは成形条件変更時の過渡運転が行われるよ
うになり、また定常の成形状態が早期に得られ、原料、
エネルギの無駄が低減する。
