Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove defrosting water produced in defrosting of an air-conditioning outdoor machine of a heat pump type air conditioner, without draining it, by providing a receiving pan for the defrosting water under a frosted place of the air-conditioning outdoor machine and by casting ultrasonic waves on the defrosting water in a water collecting tank made to communicate with the receiving pan. SOLUTION: A receiving pan 10 is provided under a frosted place at the time when an air-conditioning outdoor machine is defrosted. A water flow passage 30 is formed from the lateral part of a receptacle, integrally with the receiving pan 10, and defrosting water produced from a capillary in defrosting of the air-conditioning outdoor machine is received by the receiving pan 10 and flows through the water flow passage 30. A water collecting tank 40 is provided in the end of the water flow passage 30 and the receiving pan 10 and the water collecting tank 40 communicate with each other. An ultrasonic oscillator 60 is provided in the water collecting tank 40 and ultrasonic waves generated from the ultrasonic oscillator 60 are cast on the defrosting water collected in the water collecting tank 40. Thereby the defrosting water can be atomized by utilizing a phenomenon of cavitation.

2. Description of the Related Art When a heat pump type air conditioner is used for heating, frost adheres to the outer surface of a capillary, a coil or a condenser of an air conditioner outdoor unit. In order to prevent the efficiency of the heat pump function from decreasing due to such frost adhesion, conventionally, reverse cycle operation is automatically performed to melt frost. As shown in FIG. 2, the water in which the frost has been melted is flowed as it is to the soil or the like where the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed, and is drained from the gutter.

As described above, in the system in which the water in which the frost generated during the defrosting of the air conditioner outdoor unit is melted is flowed as it is, in the veranda of the condominium or the like in which the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed, or in the dirt floor, etc. , Dust, dust, etc. adhere to the traces that have flowed, and it looks dirty. Further, especially during a period of severe cold, there is a risk that the water discharge marks of several lines are frozen and the legs slip and fall. Further, in condominiums and the like in recent years, a hanging type in which an air conditioner outdoor unit is provided above a veranda is seen, but in such a case, there is a risk that discharged water may wet laundry. In any of the above cases, there is a problem that occurs because the water in which the frost generated during defrosting of the outdoor unit for air conditioning is melted is allowed to flow as it is. Then, this invention is proposed in view of the said subject, and an object of this invention is to provide the technique which removes the frost removal water which generate | occur | produces at the time of defrosting of the air conditioning outdoor unit of a heat pump type air conditioner, without letting it flow.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention as claimed in claim 1 of the present invention introduces defrosting water generated during defrosting of an air conditioner outdoor unit of a heat pump type air conditioner into the atmosphere during heating operation. A defrosting water removal device for forced evaporation, wherein the defrosting water removal device is a receiving pan for defrosting water provided below the frost-attached portion of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and a collection that communicates with the receiving pan. The water tank was composed of an ultrasonic oscillator capable of irradiating ultrasonic waves to the defrosting water in the water collecting tank. By taking such measures, the so-called defrosted water that has melted the frost generated in the frost-attached places such as the coil of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the outer surface of the condenser during the heating operation is received by the receiving pan and is further collected in the water collection tank. To be The defrost water is subjected to ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic oscillator in this water collection tank,
It is forcibly evaporated by the cavitation phenomenon.

Further, the invention described in claim 2 is a means for connecting the water collecting tank of the invention described in claim 1 to the water receiving pan via a strainer. By taking such a measure, dust and other foreign matter do not flow into the water collection tank. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the ultrasonic irradiation of foreign matter in the water collection tank. By using the defrosting water removing device having the above configuration, unlike the conventional case, it is not necessary to discharge the defrosting water as it is to the installation location of the air conditioner outdoor unit. Further, by adopting the ultrasonic wave irradiation means as the evaporation means, it can be removed in an extremely short time as compared with the electrothermal method. Also, it can be performed at low temperature, and there is no risk of fire due to heating of the heater section.

In the case of a heat pump type air conditioner for home use, since the defrosting water is relatively small, the water collecting tank 40 may be used as it is as an atomizing chamber as in the present embodiment, but it is for commercial use. When a large amount of defrosting water is likely to occur, it is preferable to provide the atomization chamber provided with the ultrasonic oscillator 60 separately from the water collection tank 40. Alternatively, a part of the water receiving pan 10 may be formed in a slightly deep hollow shape, and the hollow portion may be formed in the water collection tank 40 also serving as the atomization chamber. Further, in the above embodiment, the running water channel 3
Although the water receiving pan 10 and the water collecting tank 40 are communicated with each other through 0, the water collecting tank 40 may be directly provided at the side end of the water receiving pan 10.

According to the present invention, the defrosting water during defrosting of the air conditioner outdoor unit during the heating operation can be collected in the water collecting tank and removed by the forced evaporation means. In particular, when the ultrasonic wave irradiation means is used as the forced evaporation means, it is possible to evaporate and remove at a low temperature in a short time. Therefore, unlike the prior art, it is not discharged to the place where the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed as it is and does not pollute the veranda or the dirt floor.
