Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength, and prevent a stay of rainwater or the like by arranging a through hole in the thickness direction of a base board from a recessed part by forming the recessed part on an upper surface of the base board, and dropping liquid such as rainwater concentrating in the recessed part toward an under surface of the base board. SOLUTION: A recessed part 3 having an inner wall 6 formed of an inclined face exists on an upper surface of a base board 1, and liquid such as rainwater falling on the upper surface of the base board 1 flows down along the inner wall 6, and concentrates in the recessed part 3. Next, it passes through a through hole 4 formed in the thickness direction of the base board 1 from the recessed part 3, and is dropped in an under surface 8 of the base board. In this case, a reinforcing member 2 arranged in the width direction inside the base board 1 enhances strength of the base board 1, and particularly, it becomes effective against stress applied to the base board 1. When the through hole 4 is formed of a metallic pipe 5, strength of the base board 1 can be enhanced. The recessed part 3 is covered with a water passing member, and an upper surface of the base board 1 is flattened, and precipitation of the base board 1 is intensively flowed down in the recessed part 3.

The construction member according to the present invention has the concave portion 3 having the inner wall 6 formed by the inclined surface on the upper surface of the substrate 1,
Liquid such as rainwater that drops to the upper surface flows down along the inner wall 6 and concentrates in the recess 3. Rainwater concentrated in the recess 3 passes through the through hole 4 formed in the thickness direction of the substrate 1 from the recess 3 and is dropped onto the lower surface 8 of the substrate. The reinforcing member 2 provided in the width direction inside the substrate 1 enhances the strength of the substrate 1 and is particularly effective against the stress applied to the substrate 1. The strength of the substrate 1 can be further increased by forming the through hole 4 with the pipe 5 made of metal or the like. The recess 3 can be covered with a water-passing member 7 so that the upper surface of the substrate 1 can be flattened, and rainwater that drops onto the substrate 1 can pass through the water-passing member 7.
Through the concave portion 3 to flow down. The liquid thus concentrated in the recess 3 passes through the through hole 4 and is dropped onto the lower surface 8 of the substrate 1. The same applies when the entire upper surface of the substrate 1 is covered with the water-permeable member 7 and the upper surface of the substrate 1 is flattened.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The substrate 1 is made of concrete and formed in a flat plate shape, but the shape is not limited to this. A reinforcing member 2 such as a reinforcing bar is provided in the width direction in the substrate 1,
It is fixed integrally with the concrete that forms the substrate 1, thereby increasing the strength of the substrate 1. The reinforcing member 2 may be a reinforcing member having a certain strength such as a rod-shaped member made of synthetic resin or FRP. The reinforcing member 2 in the substrate 1 is preferably provided in the width direction over the entire length of the substrate. By this, the strength of the substrate 1,
In particular, it effectively acts on the force applied from the upper surface. Further, the strength of the substrate 1 is improved by the reinforcing member 2, so that the thickness of the concrete substrate 1 can be reduced. The number of reinforcing members 2 can be appropriately selected. The substrate 1 can be formed of not only concrete but also other materials such as bricks, artificial stones, and synthetic resins.

A concave portion 3 is formed on the upper surface of the substrate 1 for concentrating and flowing down the liquid such as rainwater falling on the substrate 1. The recess 3 is formed by an inner wall 6 having an inclined surface toward the center, and rain water can be effectively concentrated in the recess 3. The position, number, and specific structure of the recess 3 on the base are variously configured. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the recess 3 is semicircular,
It can be formed in an elliptical shape, a triangular shape, an inverted trapezoidal shape, or any combination thereof. In any case, the liquid such as rainwater does not stay on the upper surface of the substrate 1 for a long time and concentrates in the concave portion and flows down.

A through hole 4 is formed from the recess 3 in the thickness direction of the substrate 1, and liquid such as rainwater concentrated in the recess 3 is dropped from the through hole 4 to the lower surface of the substrate 1. The through hole 4 into the recess 3
Rainwater, etc. formed from the bottom and concentrated in the recess 3 is provided with through holes 4
Therefore, it is preferable to efficiently drop it onto the lower surface of the substrate 2. However, the through holes 4 may be formed at other positions than the bottom of the concave portion 3, and the number of through holes to be formed is arbitrary. Further, it is desirable that not only the through hole is made to penetrate in the thickness direction of the substrate 1, but the through hole 4 is formed by a pipe 5 made of metal, synthetic resin or the like. By using the pipe 5, the through hole can be easily formed, and further, the strength of the substrate 1 can be increased by fixing and integrating with the substrate 1 such as concrete.

Further, in another structure of the present invention, the recess 3 can be covered with a water-permeable member 7 formed of synthetic resin or the like. That is, the recess 3 is formed by the water-permeable member 7 made of a synthetic resin, a porous material formed of rubber or the like, or a material having good water permeability such as a material having many small gaps.
To planarize the surface. Further, the substrate 1 including the concave portion 3
The entire upper surface may be covered with the water-permeable member 7 (see FIG. 3). The water-passing member 7 that covers the recess 3 can be adhered to the recess 3, and the water-passing member 7 that covers the entire upper surface of the substrate can be adhered to the upper surface of the substrate. In either case, falling rainwater and the like easily pass through the water-permeable member 7 having excellent water permeability, concentrate and flow down to the concave portion 3, and are dropped from the through hole 4 of the concave portion 3 to the substrate lower surface 8.

Since the concave portion 3 is covered with the water-passing member 7, the surface is substantially flat, which improves the walking feeling of a passerby. When the entire surface is covered, there is an advantage that a good feeling of use different from concrete can be obtained and that slip due to appropriate friction can be prevented. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent the through hole 4 from being closed due to intrusion of pebbles, mud, or the like into the recess 3. The construction member according to the present invention is used not only as a superstructure of a road gutter, a laying of a sidewalk surface, a member attached around a roadside tree, but also as a construction member that requires passage of liquid such as rainwater.
