Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a confidential label which is pollution-free when a base and a hiding layer are discarded. CONSTITUTION: This confidential label is formed by successively laminating the hiding layer 2 and a thermosensitive adhesive layer 3 on one surface of the base 1. The hiding layer 2 consists of a resin component consisting of a copolymer of styrene and (meth)acrylate or (meth)acrylate alone or a copolymer thereof and a pigment component. The confidential label is otherwise provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 4 and a release agent layer 5 on the thermosensitive adhesive layer 3 in addition to this constitution and this process comprises producing such confidential label.

The laminated structure and usage of the confidential label of the present invention are as follows. The first confidential label defined in claim 1 of the present invention has a form in which a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is laminated on one surface of a support 1 via a concealing layer 2 as shown in FIG. When used, as shown in FIG. 2A, the adherend 6 made of, for example, a postcard is heated and laminated. At this time, the confidential information exposed by peeling is the concealment layer 2
Keeps confidentiality because it is invisible from the outside. When it reaches the final addressee, it is peeled off at the boundary between the concealing layer and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer as shown in Fig. 3 (a), and the addressee keeps the confidentiality of the surface of the postcard through the transparent heat-sensitive adhesive layer. Can recognize information.

The resin component (A) is particularly preferably a styrene / butyl acrylate copolymer or a styrene / butyl acrylate / methyl methacrylate terpolymer. The pigment component (B) includes white pigments such as clay, kaolin, heavy or light calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, barium sulfate, satin white and lithopone, and chromatic pigments such as carbon black and red iron oxide. Examples include organic pigments such as polyethylene fine particles and polymethylmethacrylate fine particles. Resin component (A) in the hiding layer
The ratio is preferably 25 to 99% by weight. If it is less than 25% by weight, the adhesiveness with the adjacent heat-sensitive adhesive layer is deteriorated, and 9
If it exceeds 9% by weight, the hiding property is lowered and the peeling property from the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is lowered, which is not preferable. A more preferable range is 40 to 60% by weight of the resin component (A).
Further, the glass transition temperature of the resin component (A) (hereinafter referred to as Tg)
Is preferably 6 to 25 ° C. If the Tg is less than 6 ° C, the releasability from the heat-sensitive adhesive layer decreases, and if it exceeds 25 ° C, the adhesion to the heat-sensitive adhesive layer may be poor, which is not preferable. In order to provide the concealing layer, it may be applied by a usual applying means such as a roll coater or a Meyer bar coater, by applying it on paper in an impregnation tank, or by printing on the entire surface with a printing machine.

Place on SC, inject 50 ml of N 2 gas per minute, raise the temperature between 20 ° C and 150 ° C at a rate of 10 ° C per minute, and then rapidly cool from 150 ° C to 20 ° C Is repeated twice and the amount of absorbed heat at that time is measured. Here, Tg indicates the temperature at the intersection of the baseline at the time of the second measurement and the connection showing the maximum slope from the start of absorption to the end.

Example 4 [Preparation of pressure-sensitive adhesive] 2-ethylhexyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-acrylic acid-Mixture of copolymer and rosin ester 100 parts (one-sided company Yushi Co., trade name AS5535) -isocyanate (one-sided) 3 parts of a trade name curing agent B45, manufactured by Yasu-sha Co., Ltd. was mixed to prepare a coating material for pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. This adhesive is used as release agent paper (Honshu Paper Co., Ltd. separator paper product name 7
A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was formed by coating a release agent layer made of 0GS (3) blue) so that the dry coating thickness would be 15 μm. Thereafter, the surface of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer of the confidential label obtained in Example 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the surface of the release agent layer were superposed and heat-pressed to obtain the book shown in FIG. A confidential label of the invention was made. The peeling force of the obtained label was 20 g / 15 mm, which was sufficiently practical.
