BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Seafood is an important source of animal protein in Japan, but shellfish such as abalone, sea urchin and abalone have high palatability and, in recent years, have been remarkably improved in living standard and abundant. Since the demand for these highly-sophisticated shellfish is increasing, it has not been possible to meet the demand by collecting natural seawater from ancient times. Has been done.

That is, at present, although individual technologies such as seed production technology and seed growing technology have been generally established, in the case where such technology is used to directly meet demand, in addition to enormous facilities and equipment. The cost for its management is enormous and it cannot be put to practical use in terms of production cost. Therefore, after the seedlings are cultivated (intermediate cultivation) until the self-defense force of about 20 to 30 mm is given to the shell, It is necessary to select a means of production and supply by natural growth while releasing it to the general sea area and preventing it from declining.

[0004] Therefore, in order to stabilize the supply of abalone, sea urchin, abbot, etc., it is important to carry out intermediate breeding of juvenile mussels having high productivity and sufficiently healthy seedlings.
As for the current intermediate growth, as shown in FIG. 5, a growing device E in which a synthetic resin plate material having an appropriate size is used as a fixing plate A and is stacked via spacers B so as to maintain a required distance, as shown in FIG. Are properly disposed, and the juveniles are fixed, and a natural feed consisting of brown algae such as kelp and scabbard is fed to the area of the fixing plate gap D at the upper end of the juveniles for cultivation.

For this reason, although artificial baits have been developed one after another in recent years, the artificial baits are formed to have a particle size of about 5 to 10 mm. Since it falls inside and cannot be used at all, as shown in FIG. 6, a large number of fixing plates A having feeding holes F formed at required intervals are stacked horizontally with spacers B at required intervals. It has also been attempted to feed an artificial bait on the fixing plate A on the upper surface using a breeding device E ′ to breed, but in the breeding device E ′, the breeding device E ′ wanders for a long time until the juveniles eat. Feeding efficiency is poor because it has to be moved, and the fed food is not only scattered inhomogeneously but also extremely unstable.
In addition to the consumption of dissolved oxygen due to the oxidative decomposition of stagnation and adhesion on the surface, there is an inherent risk of causing illness due to putrefaction and the like.

In view of the above problems, the inventor has found that the flow rate and direction of seawater, the amount of feed, and the amount of adhering base material at the seedling growing stage of abalone, sea urchin, abbot, etc. and the habitat growing stage in general sea areas. The present invention has been achieved as a result of extensive studies on the relationship between the structure, or the shadow space, etc., and the degree of rearing, and the present invention is directed to feeding in a uniform and stable state regardless of natural or artificial food. In addition, it is a structure that facilitates feeding behavior and has a lot of shaded space for resting, and also allows seawater to circulate between the growth and fixation plates to give a stimulation of running water and supplement the dissolved oxygen to the juveniles. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intermediate breeding method and an intermediate breeder which are healthy seedlings and have high breeding productivity by feeding the juveniles positively.

[Operation] The present invention using the above-mentioned technical means has the following operations. That is, the growing and fixing plates made of an opaque synthetic resin plate are juxtaposed at a required interval in seawater that flows in one direction at a required flow rate and flow velocity, and seawater is placed between the growing and fixing plates. , The feeding of the juveniles is remarkably enhanced because the established juveniles are stimulated with a similar flow of water and supplemented with dissolved oxygen. Moreover, since food residues and excrement are dropped and washed away, the breeding and fixing space is always kept clean, and there are many shaded spaces, so that the juveniles rest well and promote the breeding.

Further, in the intermediate incubator of the present invention, since the growth fixing plates are flat and arranged side by side at a required interval, the juveniles simply move upward during feeding and can be raised. The area is such that it can be engaged with the locking ridges formed on the upper side of the fixing plate, and the peaks and valleys are formed with a required gradient, and the required diameter is required at the required positions of the peaks. The feeding plate is provided with a hole for feeding, and a discharge plate with a required diameter is provided at a required position on the bottom of the feeding plate so that the feeding plate can be freely attached and removed, regardless of whether it is a natural feed or an artificial feed. Not only can the whole juveniles be eaten almost evenly by being held in a distributed manner, but the fed food can also be held in a stable state.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of the intermediate growing method of the present invention.
The flow rate and flow velocity of seawater at the time of growing are constant while the total density of the growing juveniles and the form of use of seawater are in the case of water supply-distribution-drainage as in a so-called free-flowing water tank and while circulating absolute water volume as in a circulating water tank. In the case of a circulating water tank 1 which is generally used although it varies depending on the water temperature and the amount of dissolved oxygen when supplying a certain amount of seawater and exchanging drainage, about 20 incubators with a size of approximately 60 × 90 × 30 cm Approximately 1.5 to 6m 3 when used
A flow rate of about / min is desired, and in this case, the amount of exchanged seawater is preferably about 10 m 3 / hour at low water temperature and about 20 m 3 / hour at high water temperature. In addition, with respect to the flow velocity, it is approximately 2 to 10 cm / from the viewpoint of enhancing the feeding ability by irrigating the juveniles with running water or supplementing dissolved oxygen, and facilitating the drainage and purification of excrement.
Seconds is convenient.

In such a case, the area of the growing and fixing plate 20 generally depends on the cross-sectional area of the circulating water tank 1, the handling restrictions, and the feeding mobility of juveniles, but the length is generally long. The height of the so-called cultivating and fixing plate 20 is about 60 cm, and the area of the so-called cultivating and fixing plate 20 is preferably about 1800 to 2000 cm 2 , and the wandering holes 21 formed in the cultivating plate 20 are for fry shells grown by intermediate growing. Although it depends on the shell length, in the case of about 20 to 30 mm which is generally a discharge shell length, it is convenient that the diameter is about 40 mmφ. Further, the discharge holes 21 may be formed in the growing and fixing plate 20 in a distributed manner at approximately 5 to 6 places at equal distances. Further, the locking ridge 22 on the upper side has a feeding plate 24 which is removably mounted on the upper part thereof, and has a mountain portion 22A and a valley portion 22B which can be locked so as not to be separated or moved by flowing seawater.

Then, in order to form a growing and fixing plate member 23 by standing up a suitable number of the growing and fixing plates 20 at a required interval, a cross-sectional shape that can be fitted with the parallel fixing grooves 25 as shown in FIG. In addition, the side-to-side mating side is provided with the upright connecting member 3 provided with the holding groove 30 which can be held by the one side 26 of each of the growing and fixing plate portions which are lined up at a required interval. Since this single upright connecting member 3 is usually fitted and held together with about 6 to 8 growing and fixing plates 20, it is preferably about 20 × 30 cm in strength, preferably synthetic resin square or hollow square. In addition, the juxtaposition interval of the breeding and fixing plates 20 is about 70 in the breeding of juvenile shells having a shell length of 20 to 30 mm.
It is considered that about 80 mm to 80 mm is preferable, and therefore the claws 30 are formed at intervals corresponding to the vertical intervals, and the width of the claws 30 is also formed corresponding to the thickness of the growth fixing plate 20. As a matter of course, the growing and fixing plate 20 is formed of an opaque synthetic resin having a thickness of 2 to 3 mm at most, and thus the thickness may be formed in this thickness.

In addition, what is desired of the upright connecting member 3 is that when the weight of the fry shells is increased due to the growing of the fry, the fitting force and the clinging force between the growing fixing plate 20 and the upright connecting member 3 are required to move during harvesting. Since it may be detached at the time of work or the like, the holding groove 3 at the substantially central position of the parallel connection member 3 is formed.
A holding groove 31 having an appropriate width is formed on the opposite side of the formation position of 0,
An elastic band 32 made of an appropriate elastic material may be stretched and held in the holding grooves 31 of the parallel connection members 3 facing each other.
