Invention title
Improved plate heat exchanger
Technical field
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used as an improved plate heat exchanger, particularly as an evaporator in a refrigeration mechanism.
Improved heat exchanger.
Background technology
Plate heat exchangers have been developed for use in refrigeration systems and are
It is extremely effective and efficient in transferring heat from the heat exchange liquid to the refrigerant. this
Such heat exchangers are stamped to form a series of peaks and valleys.
It consists of an assembly of individual metal plates. In the aggregate, the peaks and valleys are the refrigerant and
And a passage for the heat exchange liquid. Refrigerant and heat exchange liquid are stored in the heat exchanger.
Through the opposite side of each metal plate. For refrigerant inlet and heat exchange liquid
The outlet is located at one end of the heat exchanger, and the corresponding refrigerant outlet and heat exchange
The liquid inlet is located at the other end of the heat exchanger.
When a plate heat exchanger is used as an evaporator in a refrigeration mechanism, the internal heat exchanger
It is difficult to evenly distribute the refrigerant in the numerous passages between the metal plates. one
Generally, the refrigerant is cooled by an expansion valve or a refrigerant decompressor immediately before it is sent to the heat exchanger.
Be spread. However, in the diffused refrigerant sent to the heat exchanger,
The liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant are mixed nonuniformly. Through inflator or decompressor
A part of the liquid refrigerant becomes a gas in the expansion or depressurization stage. Gaseous
The amount of refrigerant is the temperature of the liquid refrigerant before it is sent to the expander.
, And the degree of expansion or decompression. Expansion rate of 50: 1
Found that less than 2% or more of the liquid is gasified in the depressurization stage
ing. Gaseous refrigerant is occupied by a mixture of liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant
Since it can occupy more than 50% of the volume, liquid refrigerant and gaseous cooling
Since the media have different densities and produce different flow patterns,
Some of the passages formed between the metal plates carry liquid refrigerant more than other passages.
I will accept more. As a result, liquid refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage and
And the relative amount of the gaseous refrigerant are non-uniform, which may affect the temperature of the gaseous refrigerant at the outlet.
Change occurs. Therefore, the temperature of the heat exchange liquid flowing through the liquid passage of the heat exchanger.
Is lower in some passages than in others.
In most devices where plate heat exchangers are used, when expanding the refrigerant
, The non-uniform refrigerant with partial gasification makes its supply non-uniform,
As a result, non-uniform actuation occurs between the passages in the mechanism. This is
In order to get the required performance from the heat exchanger, some parts of the heat exchanger may
It means that the load is greater than that, and the maximum capacity is reduced.
The heat exchange liquid used is usually water, so the plates that make up one passage may be more
When in contact with even more liquid refrigerant, the water flowing through that passage tends to freeze.
This allows some heat exchange liquid to flow while other heat exchange liquid circuits are still flowing.
The channels may freeze, further reducing efficiency and causing the heat exchanger to fail.
Therefore, the problems described above are overcome, and the cooling flow in the passages between the plates of the plate heat exchanger is reduced.
It is desired to make the flow of the medium uniform.
Further, providing uniform distribution of liquid refrigerant through the refrigerant passages of the plate heat exchanger.
Is desired.
Moreover, it is possible to provide a relatively simple and economical liquid refrigerant distribution.
desired.
Disclosure of the invention
According to one of the features of the present invention, a plate heat exchange characterized by comprising:
Bowls provided:
An assembly of a plurality of plates, the plurality of plates is a refrigerant passage through which the refrigerant flows and heat exchange.
Separating the passage for the heat exchange liquid through which the exchange liquid flows, and partitioning the boundary,
A refrigerant inlet communicating with the refrigerant passage,
A heat exchange liquid inlet communicating with the heat exchange liquid passage,
Outlet for refrigerant and outlet for heat exchange liquid,

A flow restrictor for guiding the refrigerant into each of the refrigerant passages and restricting the flow.
Means.
In one aspect of the present invention, the refrigerant distribution means includes a pipe arranged at the refrigerant inlet.
The tube is a series of orifices arranged to direct the refrigerant into each refrigerant passage.
Has a plurality of holes. The number and size of the holes depends on the size of the plate and the heat
The number of plates that make up the exchanger, the capacity of the heat exchanger, the type of refrigerant used and the refrigerant
And the pressure of the mechanism and other operating parameters. The number of holes is
Although it is desirable to match the number of refrigerant passages, the number of holes is not always
It does not have to match the number of paths. The size of individual orifices decreases along the tube
It can be changed in consideration of the refrigerant pressure. Furthermore, the size of the orifice depends on the design and
It can be changed to change the capacity of the heat exchanger according to other operating parameters.
it can.
In one embodiment of the invention, holes or orifices or other openings
A tube with an external expansion valve
Or use other expansion or decompression means
You don't have to use it. In this device, the size of the hole or orifice is
Increasing gradually from the inlet of the tube to evenly distribute the liquid to each refrigerant passage.
In another embodiment of the invention, there are holes, orifices or other openings.
The tubing, together with an external expansion valve or other expansion or decompression means
Is used as a decompressor. In this device, some expansion
Tensioning or depressurization is performed, and then in the refrigerant distribution means, the final expansion of the liquid refrigerant.
Tension or decompression is performed.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary auxiliary is provided with the refrigerant distribution means.
External expansion valves or other expansion or decompression means are used. In this device,
The second refrigerant distributor is provided in parallel with the first refrigerant distributor. The first refrigerant distributor
The temperature of the refrigerant after expansion via the
Together with the temperature and / or pressure of the inlet and outlet for the exchange liquid and the temperature of the atmosphere
Monitored, and external expansion valve selectively operated to set preset temperature
And / or maintain pressure parameters. In this embodiment, the second refrigerant component
The holes provided in the distributor are relatively large so that relatively low pressure refrigerant can be distributed to the passages.
You can
Still another feature of the present invention is that the communication between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant passage is partially closed.
The partial closing means is provided. The opening or hole in the closure means
Guides the liquid coolant in a preset direction, preferably in the center of the coolant passage.
I have a feeling. In one embodiment of the invention, the closure means comprises a refrigerant distribution means.
In another embodiment, the closure means is configured to work with the refrigerant distribution means.
Have been. In a preferred embodiment, the closure means partition the refrigerant passage.
From a generally C-shaped wire member disposed around the inlet for the refrigerant between each pair of plates
Has become.
In order to make the understanding of the present invention easier, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Will be explained.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The plate heat exchanger of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 are
1 shows a plate heat exchanger 12 which is composed of an assembly of several rib plates 10, for example, 30 rib plates 10.
There, the ribs of adjacent plates are attached to each other, and the adjacent plates are cooled.
The boundaries between the medium and heat exchange liquid passages 14, 16 are partitioned. Water is a heat exchange liquid
Then used normally
Therefore, in the following, the heat exchange liquid is referred to as water. Furthermore, in the figure,
Although the invention shows a heat exchanger in which the medium and water flow in opposite directions, the present invention
It can also be applied to heat exchangers in which water flows in the same direction.
At each end of each plate 10, as shown in more detail in FIG.
Has two holes 15 formed therein. In the assembly of plates 10, the two holes 15

And openings 15 connect the coolant passages 14 to one another. heat
The refrigerant outlet manifold 18 located at the upper end of the exchanger allows the refrigerant to exit the heat exchanger.
Allow to get out. Similarly, a water inlet manifold 19 and a water outlet manifold
The holds 21 each allow water to circulate through the water passage 16.
.
In the conventional plate heat exchanger 12, the refrigerant inlet manifold 17 is
It is connected to the high-pressure liquid refrigerant supplier 22 via an expansion valve 23 that reduces the pressure.
It When the refrigerant passes through the expansion valve 23, a part of the refrigerant becomes gaseous, and
, Mixed with liquid refrigerant. As a result, the mixture of liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant becomes a heat exchanger.
Go in. Since the mixture is not homogeneous, and the gaseous refrigerant is liquid cooled.
Since it occupies a substantially larger volume than the medium, some of the passages 14 for the refrigerant remain
More refrigerant than the other refrigerant passages and therefore passes through each refrigerant passage 14.
The amount of liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant
And, as a result, between the individual refrigerant passages 12 the water passages 16 and the cooling
A change occurs in the amount of heat transferred between the medium passages 14.
In FIG. 1, the line 24 changes to the heat exchange capacity in each of the refrigerant passages described above.
There is a difference in heat exchange capacity between the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant.
Which indicates that. That is, the line 24 indicates the difference in heat exchange capacity of the entire heat exchanger.
And the graph shows the temperature of the refrigerant exiting each refrigerant passage 14.
Is represented. The temperature of the refrigerant is distributed between 2 and 11 ° C, and the refrigerant
The temperature depends on the ratio of the gaseous refrigerant in the refrigerant entering the individual refrigerant passages 14.
Change.
The temperature change of the gaseous refrigerant flowing out of the refrigerant passage 14 is caused by the water flowing out of the water passage 16.
It causes a similar change in temperature. As shown in FIG. 2, the water discharged from the water passage 16
The temperature varies between 2 and 10 ° C. Water in any one of the water passages 16
When the temperature drops and the water freezes, another load is placed on the rest of the heat exchanger.
, The efficiency of the heat exchanger is significantly reduced. The freezing of water as described above creates a heat exchanger.
It may stop working.
