Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 4μm≦T≦12μmの体積平均粒度(T)を有するトナー粒度分布と キャリヤー粒子と摩擦電気接触後、1fC/10μm≦CT≦10fC/10μ mの直径に対する平均電荷(絶対値)(フエムトクーロン/10μm(CT)) を持つトナー粒子及びキャリヤー粒子を含む静電写真現像液組成物において、 (i)前記キャリヤー粒子はMsat≧0.30Tのテスラ(T)で表わされる飽和 磁気値(Msat)を有する (ii)前記キャリヤー粒子は30μm≦Cavg≦60μmの体積平均粒度(Cavg )を有する (iii)前記キャリヤー粒子の前記体積ベース粒度分布は0.5Cavg≦C≦2Cavg の粒径Cを有する少なくとも90%の粒子を有する (iv)前記キャリヤー粒子の前記体積ベース粒度分布は25μm未満の粒子をb %未満含む、但しb=0.35×(Msat)2×Pmaxであり、MsatはTで表わさ れる飽和磁気値であり、PmaxはkA/mで表わされる磁気現像極の最大磁界強 さである (v)前記キャリヤー粒子は0.2%w/w≦RC≦2%w/wの量(RC)で 樹脂被膜で被覆したコア粒子を含む を特徴とする静電写真現像液組成物。 2.前記樹脂被膜がフッ素不含樹脂である請求の範囲第1項記載の静電写真現 像液組成物。 3.前記フッ素不含樹脂がアクリル樹脂である請求の範 囲第2項記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 4.前記フッ素不含樹脂がSiを含む請求の範囲第1項記載の静電写真現像液 組成物。 5.前記キャリヤー粒子がMsat≧0.375Tの飽和磁気値を有する請求の 範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 6.前記トナー粒子の前記体積平均粒度(T)が6μm≦T≦9μmである請 求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 7.前記トナー粒子の前記粒度分布が変動係数(その分布の標準偏差/平均粒 度)ν≦0.33を示す請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか記載の静電写真現 像液組成物。 8.前記トナー粒子が前記キャリヤー粒子と摩擦電気接触後、2fC/10μ m≦CT≦8fC/10μmの直径に対する電荷(絶対値)(フエムトクーロン /10μm(CT))を得る請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか記載の静電写 真現像液組成物。 9.前記トナー粒子が前記キャリヤー粒子によって摩擦電気的に負に帯電され ている請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 10.前記トナー粒子が結合剤樹脂としてポリエステルを含む請求の範囲第1項 〜第9項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 11.前記ポリエステルが線状ポリエステル又はポリエステルの配合物である請 求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物。 12.前記トナー粒子がイエロー、マゼンタ、シアンの着色物質又はそれらの混 合物である有機着色物質を含み、かつトナーが120℃において2500〜15 000Pの溶融粘度を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第11項のいずれか記載の静電 写真現像液組成物。 13.静電写真方法において非接触加熱溶融工程を含む請求の範囲第1項〜第1 2項のいずれか記載の静電写真現像液組成物の使用。
