干渉しない位置に停止させた後、スライドベースを鋼管
杭1ピッチ分前進させ、チャックに新たな鋼管杭を挟持
し、チャックを回動させながら下降させて適宜の深さま
で圧入した後、その鋼管杭の圧入を一旦停止させた状態
で、前端のクランプで掴持した既設鋼管杭を回動してそ
の突条接続部を後部の隣接鋼管杭の突条接続部に当接さ
せて突条接続部と鋼管杭との溶接個所を決定した後、各
既設鋼管杭を掴持しているクランプを解放して、サドル
と共にクランプを上昇させ前進させた後、サドルと共に
クランプを下降して既設鋼管杭を掴持し、再びチャック
を下降して前記鋼管杭を既設鋼管杭と同じ高さに圧入す
ると共に、前記隣接鋼管杭の突条接続部の当接により決
定された溶接個所を溶接することを特徴とする鋼管杭壁
構築方法。
