チ操作で嵌着出来て作業性に優れる。 (d) ベース金具は、胴縁材を縦・横いずれの向きに
も嵌着出来る様に構成されているので、壁面材の縦張用
と横張用の、2種類のベース金具を用意しなくて済む。 (e) 旧壁面材と新壁面材との間に生じた空隙によ
り、建物の断熱性や遮音性を顕著に高められる。 (f) 又、この空隙を利用して、断熱材を簡単に取り
付けられる。 (g) 材質や形態が異なる様々のタイプの新壁面材を
取り付けられる。又、旧壁面材は残して、その外側に木
製胴縁を介して新壁面材を取り付ける従来工法と比べ

されたベース金具1,1間に跨座状に嵌着して仮固定
し、 旧壁面材の表面に並列状に配設された胴縁材10間に新
壁面材を張り渡すと共に、胴縁材10をベース金具1に
本固定させることを特徴とする建物壁面材の張り重ね工
