Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in the maintenance work by engaging a stop part disposed above a filter holder with a stop part provided on the housing thereby facilitating mounting/demounting of a filter cover on/from the housing. CONSTITUTION:A sponge filter 6 is held between a mesh filter holder and the side face of a housing 1. A filter cover 5 is then turned to engage a click 5b with a stop hole. Consequently, a cooling fan section is assembled and a cooling fan 2 is operated. When maintenance work, i.e., cleaning work of the sponge filter 5 and mesh filter 7, is performed, the click 5b of the filter holder 5 is disengaged to open the filter holder 5 and the mesh holder and then the sponge filter 6 is taken out. Consequently, the sponge filter 6 is cleaned and the mesh filter 7 can be cleaned by applying the forward end of cleaner.

は定期的に取り出して掃除を行う必要があるが、その場
合は、前記ネジ12を取りはずし、フィルタカバー11
を筐体9よりはずして内部からフィルタを取り出し掃除
を行っていた。このためメインテナンス作業に手間がか
かるという点があった。

であり、側板両側の下部に前記ピン9に挿通するボス部
5cを設けている。また上板には後方に向けて前記係止
孔1cに対応する係止爪5bが突設されている。同係止
爪5bは上方に膨出した係止部を設けている。メッシュ
フィルタカバー8は下部に前記ピン9に挿通するボス部
8aを備え回動自在に支持されるとともに、方形状に形
成された枠体内部に細目のメッシュフィルタ7を張設し
ている。スポンジフィルタ6は方形状に形成されたスポ
ンジ材よりなるフィルタであり排気中に含まれる微細な
ゴミ、埃を吸着する。
