According to the decorative board of claim 1, the design part of the surface decorative material shows the design of the base material of the wood veneer with the clear paint, and the part other than the design part has the non-clear paint with the wood veneer. It becomes a design in which the base material is covered. That is, on the surface of the surface decorative material, a pattern with a pattern in which the wood grain appears on the colored base is formed. Therefore, unevenness does not occur between the colored base and the pattern,
The design part looks like a buried tree. In addition, since the surface decorative material is formed by piecing together a plurality of types of wood veneer, the design looks as if a plurality of types of wood materials are embedded in a plurality of pattern portions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment in which the decorative board of the present invention and the manufacturing method thereof are applied to a music stand will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the music stand in which the thickness is emphasized. As shown in FIG.
The surface has an arabesque pattern, and this arabesque pattern is composed of an inlaid pattern A. Here, the structure of the music stand 1 will be described together with its manufacturing method.

2 to 6 show in sequence the method of manufacturing the music stand 1, and as shown in FIG.
From the top of the drawing, three kinds of three kinds of veneer plates (name wood veneer) 2, 2, 2 of mahogany, cherry and walnut, and a base plate 3 such as lauan plywood are prepared. First, mahogany,

The veneer plates 2, 2, 2 are piecingly joined to form the surface decorative material 4 (joining step). Next, the surface decorative plate 4 is bonded onto the base plate 3 with a vinyl acetate adhesive or the like (bonding step). In addition, in the embodiment, the veneer 2 is spliced horizontally, but it may be spliced vertically, or vertically and horizontally.
Further, the material type and the number of the projecting plates 2 are arbitrary.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the surface decorative material 4 and the base plate 3 which are adhered to each other are cut into a planar shape of the music stand 1 by a saw blade 5 or the like (sizing step). When the cutting is completed, makeup is applied by attaching a decorative material to the cut surface, that is, the mouth (not shown). After that, the process proceeds to the coating process, but prior to the coating process, the unevenness of the surface of the surface decorative material 4 is eliminated, and the foundation adjustment such as paper application is performed in consideration of the application of the paint.

In the coating process, a sealer is first applied to the surface of the surface decorative material 4 as an undercoat. This is to form a coating film on the surface of the surface decorative material 4 prior to the main coating, and prevents bleeding at the boundary portion of the paint during the main coating. The sealer may be applied several times although it depends on the material of the surface decorative material (projection plate 2) 4. When the undercoating is completed, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of masking materials 6a having a pattern shape are attached to the surface of the surface decorative material 4 according to the pattern (masking step). in this case,
Pay attention to the pattern layout. That is, the design (masking material 6a) is placed symmetrically with respect to the surface decorative material 4 in the shape of the music stand 1 and without being displaced, and
Make sure that each pattern does not cover the boundary of the veneer 2. In this masking step, for example, an adhesive sticker 6 which is slightly larger than the music stand 1 is prepared, a cutting line is made in the pattern portion constituting the pattern, and the whole is attached to the surface decorative material 4, and then the pattern portion ( The masking material 6a) is left behind and peeled off.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, a non-clear coating material 8 is applied by spraying 7 to the surface of the masked surface decorative material 4 (first coating step). The non-clear paint 8 is, for example, an epoxy or urethane black paint. Then, similar to the known coating method, even when the non-clear coating material 8 is applied, overcoating and polishing are performed several times.

Painting process). Also in this case, for example, an epoxy-based or urethane-based paint is used, and repeated coating and polishing are performed several times. Although not described, the non-clear paint 8 and the clear paint 9 as described above are applied to the back surface and the mouth of the music stand 1.

In the music stand 1 thus manufactured, the surface decorative material 4 consisting of the projecting plate 2 is adhered onto the base plate 3, and the pattern portion on the surface of the surface decorative material 4 is a transparent coating film. It is covered, and the part other than the design part is covered with a black and transparent coating film. Therefore, the base portion other than the design portion is black, the veneer 2 has a wood surface only in the design portion, and an arabesque inlaid pattern (visible) A is formed on the entire surface. In this case, since the grain surface is visible only in the design portion with respect to the black base portion, it looks as if the name tree is embedded in this portion. That is, by masking the inlaid pattern (pseudo inlaid pattern), non-clear coating and clear coating,
It can be easily formed. Moreover, since there is no step between the pattern portion and the black background portion, the pseudo inlaid pattern is comparable to the original inlaid pattern in appearance.

FIG. 7 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a checkerboard pattern is composed of an inlaid pattern A, and walnut, mahogany, walnut, and mahogany are arranged in this order from the top of the figure to show both veneer plates 2 and 2.
Are arranged alternately to form the surface decorative material 4. The non-clear paint 8 is applied to the surface decorative material 4 in a checkered pattern with the width of the veneer in the vertical direction and an arbitrary width in the horizontal direction, and the clear paint 9 is applied over the entire area. As described above, by using a plurality of types of plural sheets, it is possible to form a checkerboard pattern that is not a simple checkered pattern but a knitted pattern.
