とで仕上り寸法精度も高精度かつ均一なものが生産でき
る。そして樹脂は即時再利用が可能なことと、金型内部
に樹脂溶解用のヒータを設けた廃材を出さない生産方式
を利用できることで、資源の無駄が一切無くなるし、1
つの金型で、各種形状や各種寸法に対応して生産できる
ため、生産コストの大幅な低減になる。又、軽量な樹脂
製のため、回転動力の起動・停止時の負荷は、金属製歯
付プーリに比べ大幅に軽減される。
