When the water level of the sewage in the settling tank 6 reaches the delivery pipe 11, it enters the treatment bath 13 of the left treatment bath 2 through the delivery pipe 11 and the feed pipe 20. This processing tank body 1
The sewage that has entered the inside 3 is treated from the treatment pipe 14 to the sewage treatment bag 50
Through the untreated water inlet 56 and enters the inner bag 51. Since the water stop lid 62 is removed from the main body 58 of the lower structure 57, the separation / permeation member 60 captures oil such as waste oil in the waste water and allows the water to pass through. The water that has passed through the separating / permeating member 60 flows down in the main body 58, is discharged from the drainage port 61 to the outside of the wastewater treatment bag 50, is received by the receiving gutter 63, and is guided to the downstream side thereof.

As described above, a total of three sewage treatment bags 50 connected to the two treatment tanks 2 and one recovery tank 3, respectively.
To remove the oil contained in the sewage from each sewage treatment bag 50
The state in which the separation / permeation member 60 captures the water and discharges the water through the separation / permeation member 60 to the outside of each wastewater treatment bag 50 is the steady operation state of the treatment device. In this steady operation state, when the water level of the waste water in the recovery tank body 24 reaches a proper position below the feed pipe 28 in the recovery tank body 24, the water level is changed by the float switch 29 provided in the processing tank body 13 on the left side. Control valve 3 provided on the discharge pipe 34 of the pump 32
3 is controlled to reduce the amount of sewage supplied to the settling tank 1 to match the amount of water discharged to the outside of the three sewage treatment bags 50,
By continuing to supply this amount of water, three wastewater treatment bags 5
By 0, the oil and the like mixed in the wastewater are continuously removed efficiently to purify the wastewater.

In the above-mentioned steady operation state, from the settling tank body 6 of the settling tank 1 to the processing tank bodies 13 of the two processing tanks 2,
Since the specific gravity of the oil is smaller than that of the water while the waste water is sent into the recovery tank body 24 of the recovery tank 3, the oil separates and floats near the water surface, and the upper part of the precipitation tank body 6 and both treatment tanks. Body 13
The upper part of the inside is collected by the overflow method and the recovery tank body 24

Further, in the separation / permeation member 60 of the sewage treatment bag 50 connected to the lower portions of both treatment tank bodies 13, respectively, the oil captured before the steady operation state floats due to the difference in specific gravity with water. Baffle plate 1 provided inside the processing tank body 13
6, the slant baffle 17 is bypassed as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1 so that the wastewater flows, and compared to the case where there is no wastewater, the flow path through which the wastewater flows to the downstream side, that is, the right side is lengthened, and the wastewater passes through the treatment tank body 13. The time to go through is also long. With these, less oil is introduced to the separation / transmission member 60 connected to the processing tank body 13, and these separation / transmission members 60 are less likely to be clogged even when used for a long time. Therefore, as compared with the wastewater treatment bag 50 connected to the recovery tank body 24, the wastewater treatment bag 50 connected to the treatment tank body 13 can be used for a long time without replacement.

Since the recovery tank body 24 of the recovery tank 3 is fed with sewage containing a large proportion of oil in the water,
The separation / permeation member 60 of the wastewater treatment bag 50 connected to the recovery tank body 24 captures a large amount of oil in a relatively short time, and is likely to be clogged. Therefore, the sewage treatment bag 50 connected to the recovery tank body 24 needs to be replaced frequently, and this replacement is performed as follows.

That is, since the sewage is supplied in a substantially constant amount in the steady operation state, if the sewage treatment bag 50 connected to the recovery tank body 24 of the recovery tank 3 is clogged, the inner bag 51 will be discharged. The amount of discharged water decreases, and the water levels of the waste water in the recovery tank body 24 and the two processing tank bodies 13 rise to reach a predetermined position. This is detected by the float switch 12,
The on-off valve 31 provided in the treatment pipe 26 of the recovery tank body 24 is closed to stop the supply of the waste water to the waste water treatment bag 50 connected to the recovery tank body 24.

The sewage treatment bag has a bag body composed of a water-impermeable inner bag and an outer bag which covers the inner bag and supports a load, and the treated water intake is provided at the upper end of the bag body. Since the separation / permeation member is provided in the lower portion of the inner bag, the wastewater treatment bag is inexpensive and can be disposable. Further, when the separation / permeation member is clogged, the wastewater treatment bag can be replaced with good workability by removing the treatment bag inlet from the treatment tube of the treatment tank and the recovery tank and taking out the wastewater treatment bag from the frame body. At the same time, the sewage treatment bag is inexpensive and disposable, so it is easy to replace these and work with good workability. Also, no flow meter or pressure gauge is required, which also helps to simplify the structure of the device. .
