2. Description of the Related Art In order to impart a barrier property against oxygen, water vapor, aroma components and the like to conventional laminated tube containers, a method of sandwiching an aluminum foil as an intermediate layer is effectively used for the body. However, as to the head portion including the shoulder portion and the mouth and neck portion connected to the body portion, a ring-shaped aluminum member (the inner surface of which is coated with plastic) according to the inclination of the shoulder portion is formed as shown in FIG. It is generally inserted in. In addition, a push-out container in which a thin-walled member formed in advance in plastic according to the shape of the head part is inserted is disclosed in US Pat. No. 3,565.
No. 293 and JP-A-58-124623. The former proposes the use of urea formaldehyde thermosetting resin, and the latter proposes the use of polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET) or polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT). It is known that polyacrylonitrile copolymer is effective in permeation of contents components, prevention of adsorption, etc., and also has an oxygen gas barrier property. A laminated tube container used for the outer layer has been proposed.

When the conventional ring-shaped aluminum member is used, it is difficult to process up to the mouth and neck, and only the shoulder portion is left, so that there is a problem that the barrier property cannot be imparted to the mouth and neck. is there. Even if an aluminum member that can be inserted into the entire head portion is used, the cost will be high.
Also, the biggest problem is that the end surface of the aluminum member is not completely covered with plastic, and if there is a gap, the aluminum member will be attacked depending on the contents, and the barrier effect will be lost from that part. For this reason, the end surface of the aluminum member is processed so as to enter the plastic as shown in FIG. 2, but it is still difficult to completely cover the end surface with the plastic in terms of molding technology. On the other hand, it is a method of using a plastic thin member that matches the head shape,
The urea-formaldehyde thermosetting resin has a problem that it causes swelling due to moisture, which leads to leakage of contents. There is also the problem of being brittle and difficult to handle. When a polyethylene terephthalate resin or a polybutylene terephthalate resin is used, there is a problem that the content is limited because the oxygen permeation resistance and the water vapor permeation resistance are not at a satisfactory level. Therefore, the present invention overcomes the above problems and has a laminated tube container having an excellent storage function for contents, which has excellent barrier properties against water vapor, oxygen barrier properties, special medicinal components, aromatic components, high volatility, etc. For the purpose of providing.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a cylindrical body 5 made of laminated material 1 is provided with a head portion 10 having a shoulder portion 6 and a mouth / neck portion 7 so as to have a two-layer structure at a tip thereof by a method described later. Body 5
The outer layer 3 of the head 10 is a polyacrylonitrile copolymer (hereinafter referred to as PAN), and the inner layer 2 is a cyclic olefin copolymer Cycloo.
It is composed of lefine Copolymar (hereinafter referred to as COC). The inner layer 2 of the head portion 10 is formed by the funnel-shaped member shown in FIG. The PAN is provided so as to form the outer layer 3 so as to cover the entire surface thereof. PAN is used for the inner and outer layers of the laminated material 1 of the body portion 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, in the joint portion 4, the PAN of the outer layer 3 of the head portion 10 and the PAN of the surface layer of the body portion are heat-sealed to each other. On the other hand, the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 of the head portion 10 are loosely adhered to each other, but in the mouth / neck portion 7, the outer layer 3 is firmly physically fitted by heat shrinkage during molding.

The COC used in the present invention is an amorphous resin having a high glass transition temperature and a highly rigid resin having excellent characteristics such as water vapor permeation resistance, chemical resistance, workability and dimensional stability. . PAN used in the present invention
Has high gas barrier properties, chemical resistance, good aroma retention, is not attacked by essential oils such as menthol, limonene, camphor, etc., and exhibits excellent physical properties such as low adsorption and permeation of highly volatile components. Barex 1000BT manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc., which is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, methyl acrylate and nitrile butadiene, is used in the present invention. Therefore, the point of the present invention is to make the most of the physical properties of both of them and the physical properties of the aluminum foil in the body portion 5.

Next, a method of manufacturing the laminated tube according to the present invention will be described. First, the tubular body portion 5 is formed by using PAN as the inner and outer layers and the laminated material having the aluminum foil as the intermediate layer. That is, a cut piece of the laminated material cut into a rectangular shape is wound into a tubular shape, and both end portions in the longitudinal direction thereof are heat-sealed with an envelope to form a tubular body portion. In this case, a separately prepared tape made of PAN is heat-sealed at the same time so as to cover the joint portion on the inner surface of the tube so that the end surface of the laminated material, particularly the aluminum foil, does not touch the contents. On the other hand, the funnel type insertion member 2 as shown in FIG. 3 is subjected to COC by injection molding.
Create using. Next, the head unit 10 is molded using the same injection molding machine. The core of the injection molding die is formed at the tip of the mandrel, the tubular body portion 5 cut to a predetermined length is inserted into this mandrel, and the COC insertion member is further attached to the die core of the tip portion. After fitting, it is clamped and a certain amount of PAN is injected between the insertion member and the cavity. The PAN also flows into the space between the laminated material 1 and the COC insertion member 2, and is thermally fused and integrated with both to form the head 10. The result is shown by FIG. After the head is molded, the opening 8 of the mouth / neck 7 is heat-sealed with a separately prepared two-layer film of PAN and COC or the like. Finally, the preformed cap is fitted to the head. The resin of the cap may be arbitrarily selected. In the present invention, since the conventional ring-shaped aluminum member 12 is not used in the head portion 10, there is no concern that the aluminum end surface will be attacked by the contents. Further, since the aluminum foil end surface of the body portion is exposed only on the outer side of the laminated tube container, there is no problem due to contact with the contents.
