の分野に於いては各種のフレバーによりアルコール刺激
臭を消している。又、ウィスキー等を長期間熟成させる
のも、一つにはアルコールを充分水和させ、刺激臭を抑
える効果をきたいしている部分がある。しかしながら、

カルボン添加の方が飲み易いと答えた。これより、本発
明のアルコール刺激臭マスキング剤はアルコール含有飲
