したりするのもこの様な工夫の一つである。又、飲食料
の分野に於いては各種のフレバーによりアルコール刺激
臭を消している。又、ウィスキー等を長期間熟成させる
のも、一つにはアルコールを充分水和させ、刺激臭を抑
える効果をきたいしている部分がある。しかしながら、
