Abstract

PURPOSE: To sharply lighten a shock to the body of an occupant by providing a control member between an equipment inside a vehicle cabin such as a radio and a rigid body equipment stored inside an inner panel such as an air condition unit for generating component of a force which changes the direction of a shock load when a shock load of more than a certain load acts on it. CONSTITUTION: When an occupant 100 bumps into a radio 1 set in the vehicle cabin side of an inner panel 3 by inertia at the time of vehicle collision, the inner panel 3 is extensively deformed and the radio 1 is moved towards the air condition unit 3 inside the inner panel 3 simultaneously with the deformation of the inner panel 3. Hereupon, if an inclined plate 21 is provided between the radio 1 and the air conditioning unit 2, the edge of an inner panel bracket 7, on which the radio 1 is fitted, collides against the plate surface of the inclined plate 21, which is inclined in an angle θ with respect to the direction of impulsive force F, therefore, the impulsive force F is decomposed to component of a force F2 , F1 and the impulsive force is lightened by the bracket 7 and the radio 1 sliding down from the plate surface of the inclined plate 21.

According to the present invention, when a passenger's body collides with a vehicle interior device such as a radio mounted on a soft-structured inner panel due to a vehicle collision, the inner panel is removed from the vehicle interior device. A control member receives an impact force directed to a rigid body device such as an air conditioning unit housed therein, and the control member converts a part of the impact force into a component force in a direction different from the direction to the rigid body device. The main point is that transmission to rigid equipment is blocked, and its specific configuration is as follows.

That is, regarding the installation position of the inclined plate 21 and the angle θ between the installation position and the mounting center 1a of the radio 1, the radio 1 moves in the direction of arrow F in FIG. The inner panel bracket 7 has an edge 7a that can collide with the inclined plate 21, and the inclined plate 2
The angle θ is set so that an appropriate amount of downward component force F 1 along the plate surface of No. 1 is generated.

At this time, since the inclined plate 21 is provided between the radio 1 and the air conditioning unit 2, the radio 1
The end edge 7 a of the inner panel bracket 7 to which is attached collides with the plate surface of the inclined plate 21.

However, as described above, the inclined plate 21 has
Since it is inclined at an appropriate angle θ with respect to the direction of the impact force F, at the time of collision with the inner panel bracket 7 on the radio 1 side, the impact force F is a component force in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the inclined plate 21. It is decomposed into F 2 and a downward component force F 1 along the plate surface, and the component force F 1 allows the bracket 7 and the radio 1 to slide down the plate surface of the inclined plate 21 to alleviate the impact force.

Therefore, the impact force F applied to the radio 1 is partially absorbed by the inclined plate 21, and the acceleration G
As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the occupant injury value falls below a prescribed value (80) according to regulations, the body of the occupant 100 is protected, and the impact on the radio 1 is significantly mitigated.

On the other hand, the component force F 2 acts on the plate surface of the inclined plate 21 as a surface pressure, and this surface pressure is received by the center lean force 5 via the inclined plate 21. Therefore, no impact force F acts on the air conditioning unit 2 and the air conditioning unit 2
Will be protected by the inclined plate 21.

As described above, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the energy of the impact applied to the radio 1 is finally deformed by the inner panel 3 and the center lean force through the inclined plate 21. It will be absorbed by the deformation of No. 5.

As a result, the impact force applied to the vehicle interior equipment is mitigated, and even if the vehicle interior equipment is damaged, it is only minor, and the collision with the rigid body equipment in the inner panel is avoided and the rigid body equipment is damaged.
