However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, a coil spring for elastically urging the slider is required, and the slider and the coil spring are combined at the time of assembly.
Two parts had to be stored in the key points of the body, and workability was poor. On the other hand, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, it is conceivable to provide the slider itself with an elastic piece for elastically urging the slider toward the fitting groove, but like the above-mentioned conventional configuration, the mounting direction of the slider on the body is There was no freedom in the mounting direction of the slider because it was limited to either from the fitting groove part or from the outer surface of the body, and for example, it tried to automate the mounting of the slider on the body. In this case, there is a problem in that the design of equipment for mounting work is restricted. Further, since the slider is always elastically biased in the direction of the fitting groove, in an electric device having many sliders when removing the electric device from the rail,
Since it is necessary to release the locked state of the plurality of sliders and the rail at the same time, the release work is difficult.

In order to prevent variations in the passing current of the main circuit when the device 40 operates, the amount of protrusion of the adjusting screw 62 screwed into the bimetal 61 from the bimetal 61 to the trip plate 44 side is adjusted. Will be required. Therefore, after assembly, the adjusting screw 62 is operated with the adjusting window 63 provided in the body 10 being opened. Meanwhile, the adjusting screw 62
Since it is not necessary to operate the adjusting screw 62 after adjusting once, the closing plate 64 closes the adjusting window 63 to inadvertently operate the adjusting screw 62 or foreign matter enters the inside of the body 10. Try not to.

Next, the operation as a circuit breaker will be described. When the operating portion 41a of the handle 41 is tilted rightward in FIG. 6 around the handle shaft 42, the contact portion 30 is closed and the handle 41 is operated. Handle 41 to handle shaft 42
When the contact portion 30 is tilted to the left around, the contact portion 30 is opened.
Then, in the closed state, if an overload state occurs and an excessive current flows in the bimetal 61 and the bimetal 61 bends, the upper portion of the trip plate 44 is pressed by the adjusting screw 62 screwed into the bimetal 61, and When an excessive current flows through the coil 51 due to a short circuit on the load side, the lower part of the trip plate 44 is pressed by the pressing pin fixed to the movable iron core, and in any case, the trip plate 44 is It rotates clockwise around the shaft pin 47. When the trip plate 44 rotates clockwise, the engagement state with the latch plate 46 is released. In the closed state, the latch plate 46 receives the spring force of the contact pressure spring 34 and the handle shaft 42 moves. Since the latch plate 46 is biased clockwise in the clockwise direction, the lower end portion of the latch plate 46 moves leftward, and the movable contact 32 separates from the fixed contact 31 to be in the open state. That is, when an excessive current flows in the main circuit, the trip plate 44 rotates and the engagement state with the latch plate 46 is released, and the force that biases the latch plate 46 is released. A so-called trip operation is performed to open the contact portion 30.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a fitting groove is provided on the bottom surface of the body of the electric device, into which the rail having the protruding pieces protruding outward from both sides in the longitudinal direction is fitted. One fitting piece of the rail is fitted to the inner bottom surface, and a fitting projection is provided on one side wall of the fitting groove portion and protrudes in the fitting groove portion so as to be movable back and forth so that the other projection piece of the rail is formed. In a rail mounting device that is equipped with a slider that holds the slider, and holds the slider in a state that it projects into the fitting groove, the other side wall of the fitting groove communicates with the outer surface of the body and is deeper than the opening side. A cross section of the slider is formed by forming a storage groove in the body for accommodating the slider so that at least the tip end of the slider projects forward and backward into the fitting groove portion with a wide side and a recess is formed on the inner wall of the storage groove. The cross-sectional shape of the storage groove and In addition, since the slider is provided with the protrusion that is locked to both end walls of the recess according to the movement of the slider and the elastic pressure piece that elastically presses the protrusion to the inner wall of the recess, the insertion groove side and the container The effect that the slider can be easily mounted on the body by inserting the slider into the housing groove from any direction on the outer side surface side, and the degree of freedom in the mounting direction of the slider with respect to the body can be increased. There is. Further, since the protrusions elastically pressed against the inner wall of the recess of the storage groove by the elastic pressure piece are locked to both end walls of the recess, there is an effect that the detachment of the slider from the storage groove can be reduced.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the mountain portion is formed on the inner wall surface of the concave portion formed in the housing groove near the fitting groove portion, and the groove portion that engages with this mountain portion is formed on the protruding portion of the slider, the rail is formed. When the electric device is removed from the electric device, the electric device has a large number of sliders because the slider maintains a stable position in the state where the engagement between the mountain portion formed in the concave portion and the groove portion formed in the protruding portion of the slider is released. Also in this case, the slider releasing operation may be performed individually, which has the effect of facilitating the releasing operation. Further, in the state where the mountain portion and the groove portion are engaged with each other, as a reaction due to the elastic force of the elastic pressure piece, a pressing force from the mountain portion acts on the surface of the groove portion on the fitting groove portion side, and the slider is biased toward the fitting groove portion, This has the effect of preventing the slider from being released accidentally.
