【産業上の利用分野】本発明は内部に真空が残留する剛
性容器であって変形可能の中央部分を備えた金属性の閉
鎖キャップを有するものに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】食品業
界においては既に様々の不正操作明示方式、例えば紙ス
トリップが食料製品を収容する容器の閉鎖カバー及び頂
部に接着される方式、が開発されている。そのような方
式の開発の理由は、故意に包装品の無菌性を危うくする
または人による消費に不適な生成物を添加しようとする
悪意の人によって包装品が開封されることを防止するこ
とである。また、フランス特許明細書８９０８７５７号
に開示される不正操作明示システムは、食料製品を収容
するガラス容器のカバー及び頂部の端縁にまたがるシー
ルを有する。このシステムの欠点は、容器が開封される
とき、シールが破砕されて多数の断片が残り、それらが
偶然に食料製品自体と混合されないことを保証するため
にはそれら断片は速やかに放棄されなくてはならないこ
とである。
【０００３】本発明に従う容器は消費者に清潔で実用的
な使用し易い不正操作明示システムであって最高の安全
性を保証するものを提供する。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】後に説明する本発明の実
施例に用いられている符号を参考のために付記して記述
すると、本発明は、変形可能の中央部分（９）を備えた
頂部壁を有する金属性の閉鎖キャップ（５）を含み内部
に真空が残留する剛性の容器（６）において、前記頂部
壁上に備えられた不正操作明示装置（１）を含み、この
不正操作明示装置（１）は、単片の中央インサート
（３）と、前記頂部壁と一体であって且つ前記中央イン
サート（３）を取り囲んでいるリング（２）と、前記中
央インサート（３）と前記リング（２）とを連結してい
る少なくとも２個の結合突起（４）とを含み、前記閉鎖
キャップ（５）が開封された時には、前記結合突起
（４）が破断されて前記中央インサート（３）が前記リ
ング（２）から分離されるようになっていることを特徴
とする。
【０００５】その金属性の閉鎖キャップが変形可能の中
央部分を有する前記剛性の容器は、その内部に残留真空
を生じさせる処理を受けさせられた食料製品を収容する
容器である。残留真空は閉鎖キャップの中央部分に凹面
変形を生じさせる。残留真空は例えば滅菌処理、低温殺
菌処理又は高熱充填によって発生される。冷却作用下で
部分真空が容器内に生じさせられ、それにより容器の中
央部分に凹面変形が生じる。消費者が容器を開封するこ
とを望むときは、閉鎖キャップをねじ戻し、それにより
容器の内部は大気圧に復され、閉鎖キャップの中央部分
は自動的に持上がり、従って閉鎖キャップに固定された
リングから中央インサートを分離させる。結合突起は言
うまでもなく取扱い間には折れない程度に十分に厚く且
つ中央インサートの完全な解放とそのリングからの分離
を許すためのカプセルの変形のために十分に薄くなくて
はならない。
【０００６】前記リングはボンド接着によって閉鎖キャ
ップに取付けられる。使用される接着剤は任意の最高技
術水準のタイプである。中央インサートは３個の結合突
起によってリングに結合される。しかし、より多い個
数、例えば４〜８個、の結合突起も使用され得る。中央
インサートはその形状が円形またはその形状がリングに
対する結合を確立する結合突起の存在を収容するかぎり
任意のその他の形状で差し支えない。
【０００７】結合突起の１個は閉鎖キャップが開かれる
とき揺動作用が得られるように他の２個より強い。
【０００８】中央インサートが閉鎖キャップの中央部分
に対してもたれ掛かることを保証するように中央インサ
ートの閉鎖キャップに面する側に補償ビードが設けられ
る。さらに、この補償ビードは中央インサートのための
材料をも節約する。本不正操作明示装置は射出成形また
は型込めによってポリスチレンまたは任意のその他破砕
可能プラスチック材料から作られる。
【０００９】本発明は添付図面を参照して以下さらに詳
細に説明される。

【実施例】容器６は金属性のキャップ５によって閉鎖さ
れ、キャップ５にはリング２と３個の結合突起４によっ
てリング２に結合された中央インサート３とを有する不
正操作明示装置１が結合される。キャップ５はボス８を
介して容器６の上部分に螺合されそして、容器６は滅菌
処理されるから、キャップ５は容器６の内部へ向かって
凹面化される。容器６が開封されるときキャップ５の膜
９は補償ビード７に圧力を加え、その結果、結合突起４
は折れ、従って中央インサート３を解放する。
【００１１】本発明に従う不正操作明示装置は、言うま
でもなく、中央弾性変形可能膜を有する閉鎖キャップを
有するあらゆるタイプの容器において使用可能である。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 変形可能の中央部分（９）を備えた頂部
    壁を有する金属性の閉鎖キャップ（５）を含み内部に真
    空が残留する剛性の容器（６）において、前記頂部壁上
    に備えられた不正操作明示装置（１）を含み、この不正
    操作明示装置（１）は、単片の中央インサート（３）
    と、前記頂部壁と一体であって且つ前記中央インサート
    （３）を取り囲んでいるリング（２）と、前記中央イン
    サート（３）と前記リング（２）とを連結している少な
    くとも２個の結合突起（４）とを含み、前記閉鎖キャッ
    プ（５）が開封された時には、前記結合突起（４）が破
    断されて前記中央インサート（３）が前記リング（２）
    から分離されるようになっていることを特徴とする内部
    に真空が残留する剛性の容器。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１に記載された容器において、前
    記リング（２）がボンド接着によって前記閉鎖キャップ
    （５）に取付けられることを特徴とする内部に真空が残
    留する剛性の容器。
  3. 【請求項３】 請求項１または２に記載された容器にお
    いて、前記中央インサート（３）が３個の結合突起
    （４）によって前記リング（２）と結合されることを特
    徴とする内部に真空が残留する剛性の容器。
  4. 【請求項４】 請求項３に記載された容器において、前
    記結合突起（４）の１個が他の２個より厚いことを特徴
    とする内部に真空が残留する剛性の容器。
  5. 【請求項５】 請求項１から請求項４までの何れか一つ
    の項に記載された容器において、前記中央インサート
    （３）の下面が補償ビード（７）を有することを特徴と
    する内部に真空が残留する剛性の容器。
  6. 【請求項６】 請求項１から請求項５までの何れか一つ
    の項に記載された容器において、前記不正操作明示装置
    （１）がポリスチレンから作られることを特徴とする内
    部に真空が残留する剛性の容器。
