Abstract

PURPOSE: To quickly and mechanically release a seatbelt in the case of emergency by detecting an impact of a collision with an acceleration sensor, pulling out a stopper metal fitting with a solenoid as an actuator and releasing a lock of the seatbelt and operating the actuator a few seconds after the detection of the impact with the acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION: An impact at the time of a collision is detected by an acceleration sensor 1, voltage is boosted by the DC-DC converter 5 of an electronic control system to excite a solenoid 6. By pulling out a stopper metal fitting 5 connected to the tip of a plunger 4 using the excited solenoid 6, the lock of a seatbelt 9 is released. Further, a delay circuit 3 is provided in the electronic system circuit, an air bag is actuated and expanded after detection of an impact by the acceleration sensor 1 and after few seconds passed from the start of the air bag, the solenoid 6 is actuated and the seatbelt 9 is released. Thus, the seatbelt 9 worn for emergency can be mechanically released, thereby freeing an occupant from the seatbelt 9.

Example 1 Example 1 (a) FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a wearing seat belt release mechanism. Referring to FIG. 1 to No. The structure up to 5 is the solenoid body. No. 6 is a movable stopper fitting connected to the plunger (4). No. 7
Is a female metal fitting that constitutes a buckle for mounting and holding the belt. Reference numeral 8 is a male fitting that also constitutes the buckle. A movable stopper metal fitting (6) was loaded so as to penetrate a buckle composed of a male metal fitting and a female metal fitting. (B) When the coil (2) is excited, the magnet core (1) and the plunger (4) are magnetized in the axial direction and attract each other, and the plunger (4) is pulled upward and moved by the length L1. To do. The movable stopper fitting (6) connected to the plunger (4) is pulled up by the length L1. (C) If the stroke of the plunger (4) is set to length L2 ≤ L1 with the male and female metal fittings constituting the buckle assembled as shown in Fig. 1, and the movable stopper metal fitting (6) is pulled up by L1. , Female fittings (7) and male fittings (8)
Is released. Second Embodiment (a) FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a control circuit of the electronic control system. 2 will be described. 1 is an acceleration sensor,
No. 2 is a microcontroller, No. 3 is a delay circuit, No. 3 No. 4 is a relay, No. 5 is a DC-DC converter, No. 5 6 is a solenoid, No. 6 7 is a capacitor, N
o. 8 is a switch, No. 9 is a battery. (B) The acceleration sensor (1) detects the impact at the time of collision,
The impact degree is input to the microcontroller (2),
The calculated output value is passed through the delay circuit (3), the relay (4), the power supply circuit is turned on, the voltage is boosted by the DC-DC converter (5), and the solenoid (6) is excited. (C) The set impact degree for arithmetic processing for determining whether or not to urgently release the seat belt is set to a value almost equal to that for activating the airbag. Embodiment 3 When the seat belt emergency release system of the present invention is installed in a vehicle equipped with an airbag as an occupant protection device, the output value from the microcontroller in the airbag electronic control system is used as a common system. It can be used and the system after this can be a separate system. As a result, the impact at the time of collision is sensed, and the seat belt is released a few seconds after the airbag is operated and deployed. Example 4 As a seat belt emergency release method when the vehicle falls into the water, a pressure sensor is mounted on the vehicle instead of the acceleration sensor described above, and the same method as the system configuration described above is detected after detecting the pressure in the water. You can deal with it. In this case, the delay circuit in the electronic system is unnecessary.

[Advantages of the Invention] (a) The purpose of wearing a seat belt is to restrain the occupant to the seat firmly at the time of a collision to reduce the impact and to prevent the occupant from being released outside the vehicle. However, it is possible that the occupant may find it difficult to release himself / herself in some emergency situations because the belt is released manually after the impact is alleviated, but the problem is solved by the automatic release. It can provide passengers with safety and reliability. (B) Since the seat belt that is worn in an emergency is mechanically released and the occupant restrained by the belt is released, it is effective for both the person himself and the rescuer when the occupant in the vehicle is rescued. (C) By mounting the system of the present invention on a vehicle, it contributes to preventive safety during vehicle traveling. (D) It is considered necessary to take sufficient measures for safety measures against events that threaten life's safety due to the occurrence of accidents, even for events with a low probability of occurrence. Seems to be an effective means.
