Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to widen a combustion surface with a relatively small amount of heat and enhance combustion ability, and what is more, to prevent a heat distribution from being deteriorated by installing a band-like outer burner port distribution part to a fuel plate and a band-like inner burner port distribution part partially communicated with the outer burner port distribution part to the inside of an outer peripheral burner port distribution part. CONSTITUTION: A square-shaped combustion plate provided with a large number of burner ports is mounted to a gas burner main body 1, thereby constituting an infrared burner. The combustion plate 2 is formed with two front and rear plates 2a which are divided at the central part. An outer peripheral burner port distribution part A treated on the combustion plate 2 comprises linear band-like portions formed substantially on the whole width of the combustion plate 2 on both front and rear sides and band-like portions A3 and A4 installed to both sides of the combustion plate 2 curved inwardly at two locations in the middle part. Substantially V-shaped band-like portions B1 and B2 are projected to the inside of the band-like portions A3 and A4 in such a fashion that they may face each other from curved locations of the band-like portions A3 and A4 , thereby forming an inner burner port distribution part B with this.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention mainly relates to an infrared burner used as a burner for burning a porcelain cooker. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, a combustion plate for an infrared burner has a uniform flame opening on the entire surface. However, this requires, for example, a normal number of flame openings in a combustion plate provided on the upper burner of a pottery cooker that requires a relatively small amount of heat and has a large combustion surface. If it is provided, the amount of heat becomes too large, and there is a problem that good baking cannot be performed. Therefore, it is conceivable to reduce the supply gas amount, but when doing so, the load on each flame is reduced, the temperature of the combustion plate does not rise sufficiently and the combustion becomes unstable, and the flame lifts especially at the initial stage of ignition. There is a problem that it becomes easier. Therefore, it is conceivable to reduce the number of flame ports, but if the pitch of the flame ports is increased to reduce the number of flame ports, the flame ports of the combustion plate are provided. There is a problem that the temperature of the part does not rise and the combustion becomes unstable as described above. Therefore, it is conceivable to eliminate this by concentrating the flame openings on the combustion plate, but in this case, there is a problem in that the heat distribution is deviated and the cooked food cannot be heated uniformly. That is, in the case of a burner that requires a relatively small amount of heat and that has a large combustion surface, there is a problem that the heat distribution becomes worse when the improvement of combustibility is required. Moreover, when it is used as a burner for a fire of a ware cooker, heat tends to be concentrated in the center of the combustion plate. An object of the present invention is to obtain an infrared burner free of such a problem. In order to achieve such an object, the present invention has an outer peripheral flame outlet distribution portion having strip-shaped flame outlets in a combustion plate, and an inner side of the outer peripheral flame outlet distribution portion. In addition, an inner flame outlet distribution portion having a strip-shaped flame outlet partially connected to the outer flame outlet distribution portion is provided. In the infrared burner having the above-described structure, the combustion plate has a belt-shaped outer peripheral flame port distribution portion, and the outer peripheral flame port distribution portion is partially connected to the inner side of the outer peripheral flame port distribution portion. Since the belt-shaped inner flame mouth distribution portion is provided, an infrared burner that radiates a relatively small amount of heat as compared with the spread of the combustion surface can be obtained. Moreover, when this is used in a ware cooker, the food is almost uniformly baked by the heat from the strip-shaped outer flame tip distribution portion and the inner flame tip distribution portion of the combustion plate. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a gas burner main body, and a square-shaped combustion plate 2 having a large number of flame openings is attached to the gas burner main body 1 to form an infrared burner. The combustion plate 2 is
For example, a combustion plate 2 is provided downward in the top part of a rear-exhaust-type pottery cooker (not shown). In this case, one end of the combustion plate 2 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The exhaust gas flows from the other end to the other end. In the present invention, the combustion plate 2 is provided with an outer peripheral flame port distribution portion A provided with a large number of flame ports 3 and a large number of flame ports 3 inside the outer peripheral flame port distribution portion A. Further, an outer peripheral flame outlet distribution portion A and an inner flame outlet distribution portion B partially connected to each other are provided. This will be further described with reference to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In this embodiment, the combustion plate 2 is used.
Is formed by two plate plates 2a, 2a before and after being divided at the center, and the outer peripheral flame port distribution portion A formed on the combustion plate 2 is formed.
Is a linear strip portion A1 or A2 extending over substantially the entire width of the front and rear end portions of the combustion plate 2 and zigzag strips provided on both sides of the combustion plate 2 that bends inward at two intermediate positions. Part A
3, A4, and substantially V-shaped belt-shaped portions B1 and B2 are projected inside the belt-shaped portions A3 and A4 so as to face the bent portions of the belt-shaped portions A3 and A4, respectively. It is referred to as distribution part B. [0008] As described above, when the combustion plate 2 is provided facing downward in the top portion of the rear exhaust type porcelain cooker, the strip portion A2 functions as an afterburner. In this embodiment, the center of the combustion plate 2 surrounded by the strips A3 and A4 and the strips B1 and B2 is a flameless port C1 having no flame port, and the flameless port C1. C
Before and after 1, the band-shaped portions A1 and A2 and the band-shaped portions A3 and A4
And the portion surrounded by the band-shaped portions B1 and B2 is a flameless port C2.
To C3, and the two outer portions of the meandering strips A3 and A4 were designated as flameless ports C4 and C5. Further, as seen in the first embodiment, when the length of one straight line portion of the zigzag strip portions A3 and A4 becomes long, it is inevitable that this portion becomes weaker than the other portions. Therefore, in order to prevent this, in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, zigzag belt-shaped portions A3 and A4 are further bent in the middle, and are bent inward at four intermediate positions. And the strip-shaped portion A3
, A4, there are provided strip-shaped portions B1, B2 each having both ends connected to each bent portion on the side approaching each other and an intermediate portion parallel to the strip-shaped portions A1, A2. did. In this embodiment, as in the previous embodiment, the central portion of the combustion plate 2 surrounded by the strips A3 and A4 and the strips B1 and B2 is defined as a flameless port C1. The portions surrounded by the strips A1, A2, the strips A3, A4, and the strips B1, B2 before and after the section C1 are referred to as flameless ports C2 to C3, and further outside each of the meandering strips A3, A4. No flame outlets C4 and C5
And In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer peripheral flame port distribution portion A, the inner flame port distribution portion B, and the portions along both sides thereof are diamond-cut on the surface of the combustion plate 2 and others. A number of protrusions 4 were formed on the surface of the combustion plate 2 by making a cut. In this case, the protrusions 4 are red-heated by the flames from the respective flame ports 3 and the temperature of the portion where the flame ports 3 are provided can be further raised. And the width of the red-hot portion widens, and the temperatures of the outer peripheral flame mouth distribution area A, the inner flame mouth distribution area B, and both sides thereof can be increased, thereby stabilizing the combustion. Further, if the non-through holes 5 having the same pitch as the flame openings 3 are provided in the portions located on both sides of the outer peripheral flame opening distribution area A and the inner flame opening distribution area B, the outer peripheral flame opening distribution area A and the inner flame opening distribution area It is possible to reduce the heat capacity of the combustion plate 2 on both sides of the section B, thereby increasing the rate of temperature rise in the section where each flame port 3 is provided, and further suppressing the occurrence of lift in the initial stage of ignition. obtain. Incidentally, the combustion plate 2 has a large difference in specific heat between a portion having no flame port 3 and a certain portion, which is one cause of cracking of the combustion plate 2 due to thermal strain. In order to prevent this as much as possible, if notches such as the above-mentioned diamond cut are made in the portion without the flame openings 3 or the unpenetrated holes 6 are provided at a pitch interval which is several times the pitch of the flame openings, it becomes a portion without the flame openings. The difference in specific heat from a certain part can be reduced, and the above-mentioned problems can be solved. As in the embodiment, a belt-shaped outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion A and a belt-shaped inner side flame mouth distribution portion B partially connected to the outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion A are provided inside the outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion A. In all of the infrared burners equipped with the combustion plate 2, the burning performance (the ability to uniformly heat the food) was good, and the combustibility (CO / CO2) was also good. The results of experiments conducted with a burner having a combustion capacity of 1050 Kcal / h according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 for the combustibility are as follows. For the gas type 6C, the CO / CO2 value is 0.0045 / 1.2 = 0.0045.
38, and the CO / CO2 value is 0.00 for the gas type 13A.
It was 6 / 1.32 = 0.0045. As described above, according to the present invention, a belt-shaped outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion and a belt-shaped inner flame partially connected to the outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion inside the outer peripheral flame mouth distribution portion. Since the mouth distribution section is provided, only a relatively small amount of heat is radiated compared to the spread of the combustion surface, and when this is used in a pottery cooker, the cooked material is a strip-shaped outer flame tip distribution section of the combustion plate. Since it is almost uniformly burned by the heat from the inner flame mouth distribution portion, an infrared burner suitable as a burner for cooking porcelain can be obtained.
