Conventionally, there are various means for constructing a seat plate of a chair and a backrest portion mounted so as to stand upright from the rear portion thereof so as to be tilted rearward in association with each other according to the degree of backrest of a seated person. Has been invented.

Further, in JP-A-58-127617, when the seat plate and the backrest are integrally tilted, the upper end of the leg body is used as a means for eliminating unsightly appearance such as the upper garment that is in contact with the backrest being turned over. The front end of the L-shaped backrest frame in a side view is axially attached to the rear portion of the box-shaped fixing frame fixed to the rear end of the box-shaped fixing frame and the rear end of the underframe on which the seat plate is placed. A shaft is attached, and a horizontal shaft pivotally supported on the front part of the underframe is inserted into a substantially horizontal long groove at the front end of the fixed frame,
A configuration is disclosed in which the rear end of the gas spring is pivotally attached to the fixed frame and the front end is pivotally attached to the horizontal axis.

In this configuration, when the gas spring is in the free state and a rearward force is applied to the backrest frame, the backrest frame is pivoted rearward about the pivot point between the backrest frame and the fixed frame, and the underframe to which the seat plate is attached is rearwardly oriented. While pulling on, tilt the rear end downward. At this time, the underframe rotates downward around the horizontal axis portion at the front end.

By the way, when the back of a person who sits on a seat tilts backward,
The back surface moves around the hip point, which is the center of rotation of the upper body of the person's waist. And the hip point for people of normal height and physique is to look at the chair from the side,
The intersection is approximately 120 mm above the seat surface and approximately 120 mm away from the backrest surface in the front direction at a right angle.

Therefore, when the backrest portion of the chair rotates about the hip point, there is no deviation from the back in contact with the backrest portion.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, when the backrest frame tilts backward, the backrest frame rotates around the pivot point between the bent portion of the backrest frame and the rear end of the underframe of the seat plate. Since this pivoting point moves considerably away from the hip point, if the pivot angle of the backrest frame at the pivoting point is small, it will feel like pushing the back up, and on the contrary. If the rotation angle of the backrest frame is too large, the user feels like dragging his / her back downward, causing a large relative displacement at the contact point between the person's back and the backrest.

On the other hand, when the seat plate tilts rearward and downward, the angle of the backrest that tilts backwards in conjunction with that is that the ratio of the tilt angle of the backrest part to 2 is 1 to the tilt angle of the seat plate. It is said to be engineeringly preferable. This is because when the backrest frame has a smaller rotation angle than the rearward tilting angle of the seat plate, the backrest frame has a feeling of pushing the back forward, and conversely, when the backrest frame has a too large rotation angle. This is because the box frame causes the user to feel that it is separated from the back.

Moreover, when the ratio of the rotation angle of the backrest portion when the rear downward angle of the seat plate is small and the ratio of the rotation angle of the backrest portion when the rear downward angle is large varies,
It's a more uncomfortable chair.

Then, a mechanism is set so that the seated person's back is not displaced with respect to the backrest portion, and the backward inclination angle of the seat plate and the inclination angle of the backrest portion are always in a predetermined ratio. It was difficult to realize easily.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention is capable of bending and expanding and contracting a front seat receiving member and a rear seat receiving member that are supported so as to be able to move up and down with respect to a support frame on the upper part of a leg through upward biasing means and a link mechanism. The backrest portion is formed in the arc-shaped first guide groove formed in the rear seat receiver so that the backrest portion rotates rearward around a position appropriately separated above the rear seat receiver. A lower part of the support rod is fitted with a pin, and a curved second guide groove for engaging and guiding the restriction pin of the lower support rod of the backrest part is provided on the support frame below the first guide groove. The second guide groove has a radius of curvature larger than that of the first guide groove, and the lower position of the second guide groove is separated from the first guide groove in the longitudinal direction. It is formed as follows.

With this configuration, when a seated person applies a rearward load (backrest load) on the backrest, a large amount of weight is applied to the rear seat receiver side, and the front and rear seat receivers supported by the upward biasing means respectively. Of these, the rear seat receiver sinks more.

When the rear seat support that tilts backward has only the first guide groove, the pin in the lower part of the support rod for the backrest moves to the other end of the first guide groove without any resistance, Although the support rod can freely rotate rearward, the second guide groove formed in the positionally fixed support frame has a curvature radius larger than that of the first guide groove, and the second guide groove. Since the lower part of the support rod is formed so as to be separated downward from the first guide groove as it goes in the longitudinal direction, the pin in the lower part of the support rod moves downward along the first guide groove of the rear seat receiver, The regulation pin at the bottom of the support rod is the second

In that case, the first corresponding to the distance from the pin to the regulation pin
The pin and the regulation pin slide and move to a position corresponding to the distance between the guide groove and the second guide groove, and the support rod can be tilted backward by an angle corresponding to the position.

In other words, the radius of curvature of the second guide groove is larger than the radius of curvature of the first guide groove, and the lower position of the second guide groove is separated downward from the first guide groove as it goes in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the rearward tilt angle of the support rod is uniquely determined according to the rearward downward tilt of the rear seat receiver, and the tilt angle of the support rod is set to be larger than the tilt angle of the rear seat receiver. Can be set to.

Further, when the rear seat receiver rotates downward, the rear seat receiver receives a pulling force rearward and downward (a force to separate from the front seat receiver works), but not only the connecting member bends. Since it is extensible, an unreasonable force is not applied to the regulation pin when the regulation pin is slid and moved downward while being fitted in the second guide groove.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the lumbar portion is positioned on the rear seat receiver and tilted backward, the rotation angle of the backrest portion of the rear portion is not too large or too small, and ergonomic It is possible to provide a chair that is extremely comfortable from the viewpoint, and has the remarkable effect that the mechanism therefor is not so complicated.

Further, when the rear seat receiving body 3 rotates downward, the rear seat receiving body 3 receives a pulling force rearward and downward (a force to separate from the front seat receiving body 2 works), but the connecting member 6 bends. In addition, since the restriction pin 28 can be expanded, the restriction pin 28 does not exert an excessive force when the restriction pin 28 is slidably moved downward in the state of being fitted in the second guide groove 27.

In addition, the shape of the second guide groove 27 is rotated downward by a unit angle (θ1) with only the rear seat receiving member 3 or the front seat receiving member 2 and the rear seat receiving member 3 as an integral or average value. and when,
If the backrest 22 and thus the support rod 21 are set so as to rotate rearward by an angle (θ2) that is approximately twice the angle (θ1), when the backrest 22 leans against the seat support 2,3. Since the tilting ratios of the two due to the rearward tilting and the rearward tilting of the backrest portion 22 are always constant, the seated person feels better.

When the center point HP of the arc of the first guide grooves 25, 26 is made to substantially coincide with this hip point, even if the rear seat receiving body 3 is tilted backward as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. Since the waist of the seated person is located on the receiving body 3, the support rod for the backrest 22 is provided along the first guide grooves 25 and 26 formed in the left and right side plates 3a of the rear seat receiving body 3. Therefore, when the backrest portion of the chair rotates about the hip point, the gap with the back in contact with the backrest portion does not occur at all, and the backrest is rotated. When leaning against the portion 22, the discomfort and inconvenience of the seated person's jacket or shirt turning over is eliminated.

Further, as a means for making the connecting member 6'bendable and extendable, as shown in FIG. 4, the rear end portion of the front seat plate 4 having elasticity (bendable) is fitted with an upper and lower bifurcated fitting portion 30. On the other hand, the front end mounting portion 31 of the rear seat plate 5 which is also elastic (bendable) may be fitted in the fitting portion 30 so as to be slidable back and forth.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the weight of the seated person is heavily applied to the front seat receiving body 2 side, the pins 23, 24 of the supporting rod 21 of the backrest portion 22 are
Is locked to the upper ends of the first guide grooves 25 and 26 of the rear seat receiving member 3, and the regulating pin 28 is fixed in position to the second guide groove of the supporting frame 1.
It is locked to the upper end of 27, and the rear seat receiver 3 and backrest 22
Does not tilt forward, but since the location of the connecting member 6 is bendable, the front seat receiving body 2 moves forward and downward around the root of the front end of the rear seat receiving body 3 and the rear end of the connecting member 6. It is possible to tilt (see the chain double-dashed line in Fig. 2).
