段の判断結果に応じて上記加熱手段の加熱状態を制御す
る加熱制御手段と、温度検知手段の故障を検知する故障
検知手段とを備え、故障検知手段で温度検知手段の故障
が検知されたとき、加熱手段が加熱を停止する加熱調理
器において、温度検知手段の故障時に調理を行う場合に
操作される操作手段を設け、操作手段が操作されると、
加熱手段で加熱を停止する時点を、故障検知手段で故障
が検知された時点から一定時間遅延させて成ることを特
徴とする加熱調理器。
