Especially when the bolts and nuts used in the flange joint are rusted or corroded, the seal packing of the flange joint is retightened.
Alternatively, during repair work such as packing replacement, the bolts and nuts themselves may have to be cut and removed and replaced with new ones. It goes without saying that such work requires considerable effort and cost.

For this reason, it is conceivable to use rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as bolts and nuts made of stainless steel, but in this case as well, considerable cost is required, which is not preferable.

Therefore, as another method, a stainless steel or plastic material is used according to the shape of the exposed portion of the bolt, and a rust preventive and corrosion preventive cap using a rubber packing is used as an elastic sealing material (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-30326). ) Or a resin molded cap filled with a volatile rust preventive agent has been proposed or put on the market.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the former rust-proof and anti-corrosion caps are time-consuming to install, and are not necessitated, and are not suitable for fastening members such as anchor bolts having an intermediate exposed portion. It is difficult to use, and in the latter one, since the volatile rust inhibitor is adsorbed on the adsorbent and filled, the content of the rust inhibitor is limited and vaporization temporarily progresses, resulting in long-term Had problems with use.

The present invention deals with such a situation by using a rust preventive coating, and tightening members such as bolts and nuts used in a structure, particularly rust on an exposed portion of an anchor bolt having an intermediate exposed portion and a screw fitting portion. The purpose is to prevent the occurrence of the corrosion for a long period of time, and to improve the adsorption / desorption performance and to maintain the rust preventive effect for a long period of time.

(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, the feature of the present invention for meeting the above-mentioned object is to cover the exposed portion with a tightening member made of an anchor bolt having an intermediate exposed portion used for a construction to prevent corrosion. More specifically, it has a fibrous activated carbon impregnated with a rust preventive agent that vaporizes at room temperature in the inner space as a cover to cover the intermediate exposed part of the anchor bolt and the nut / bolt part. This is a rustproof coating.

This fibrous activated carbon may be inserted into the cotton-like form in addition to bag filling, molding and the like. Fibrous activated carbon is more preferable and effective because of its large specific surface area, large amount of rust preventive impregnated, and ease of handling.

For example, fibrous activated carbon has a specific surface area of 500 to 3000 m.
There is also 2 / g (cotton 1 / 2.5 m 2 / g, wool felt 0.05 ~ 0.1 m 2 /
g), therefore, it is possible to impregnate the anticorrosive agent in an amount of about 3 to 1000 times that of the same weight of felt or polyurethane foam. Further, the fibrous activated carbon can not only adsorb and support the rust preventive in the pores but also between the fibers, and therefore can support about 2 to 20 g of the rust preventive per unit weight. Further, since it has the property of gradually releasing the rust preventive impregnated in the micropores of the fibrous activated carbon, the rust preventive effect can be maintained for an extremely long period of time.

On the other hand, it is more effective to seal the inside by forming the above-mentioned rust-proof coating in conformity with the shape of the exposed portion of the tightening member such as bolts and nuts except that it has the above-mentioned fibrous activated carbon and a slight space inside. As the material, an elastic material such as synthetic rubber or synthetic resin is preferable.

However, even if it is not an elastic material, the necessary airtightness can be secured by applying grease or the like to the end of the covering material. Further, even if grease or the like is not applied to the end portion, the pressing surface pressure can be secured by using the covering body (C) shown in FIG.

(Operation) When the anticorrosive coating of the present invention as described above is used by covering the exposed portions of the bolts and nuts of the anchor bolts and the intermediate exposed portions, the rustproof coating is shielded from the outside to prevent moisture and salt from entering as much as possible. Due to the structure of activated carbon, the rust preventive contained in the fibrous activated carbon inserted into the body gradually evaporates and is saturated, forming a protective coating on the metal surface and forming a protective coating on the metal surface. Surely prevent the generation of rust for a long time.

As the activated carbon inside, fibrous activated carbon (2 B ) impregnated with a rust preventive is used, and its scattering is prevented by a net (8). (6) is a gap provided in the anticorrosion coating (C). The rust preventive agent vaporized and scattered from the fibrous activated carbon (2 B ) fills the gap (6), and then the joint surface between the covering body (1) and the anchor bolt (4) or the nut (5), Penetrates into the screw fitting and forms a protective coating.

By covering the exposed part of the anchor bolt (4) with the anticorrosive coating (C, C ') according to the present invention as described above, the anticorrosive agent is vaporized and diffused from the fibrous activated carbon (2 A , 2 B ). Along with filling the gap (6), a protective film is formed on the metal surface, which enables reliable rust prevention and corrosion prevention for a long period of time.

Also, do not do as shown in Fig. 2 and do not use rustproof coating (C, C ')
In some cases, even if only one of them is used as the coating body filled with the activated carbon impregnated with the rust preventive, the effect can be secured to some extent. For example, even if the fibrous activated carbon (2 B ) is removed from the rustproof coating (C), the airtightness in the coating (1) of the rustproof coating (C) is maintained. Therefore, the rust preventive agent of the other rust preventive coating (C) ′ passes through a slight gap between the structure (11) and the anchor bolt (4) and permeates into the rust preventive coating (C), It is also possible to obtain anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion effects within both anti-corrosion coatings (C, C ').

Thus, when the rust preventive coating (C) as described above is used, the rust preventive agent impregnated in the fibrous activated carbon (2) gradually vaporizes and diffuses in the cover (1), and the gap (6 ) Filled,
Furthermore, the cover (1) and the bolts (4) and nuts (5)
A protective film is formed on the metal surface by penetrating into the joint surface with or the thread part of the bolt (4) or the thread part of the nut (5), and in combination with the sealing effect of the cover (1), It is possible to maintain excellent rust prevention and corrosion protection for a long period of time.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, the rust preventive coating of the present invention is one in which fibrous activated carbon impregnated with a rust preventive agent is inserted into the inside of the cover, and this is an anchor bolt tightening member having an intermediate exposed portion. By covering the exposed part of the exposed part with moisture from the outside, etc., the rust preventive agent is gradually vaporized and diffused in the coated body to form a protective film on the metal surface, and the anchor bolt tightening member Since it prevents rusting of the intermediate exposed parts and nuts and bolts for a long period of time, it is possible to smoothly tighten or loosen the anchor bolts for a long period of time. Even if removed, there is no need for it,
The nut can be reused.
