(Prior Art) As a rust prevention measure for fastening structures using threaded parts such as bolts and nuts, it is common to perform surface treatment such as plating on the threaded parts themselves and the members to be fastened. However, the plating on the joint surface between the seat surface of the threaded component and the member to be fastened and the threaded portion between the two is damaged during tightening, and rust occurs early due to subsequent radial changes.

In particular, the fastening parts of automobiles and other equipment used outdoors are exposed to rainwater and sea breeze, so rust progresses quickly, and the fastening parts gradually erode and deteriorate, causing water leakage and shortening their durability. was. Therefore, as anti-corrosion measures to improve these drawbacks, conventional methods have been to apply paint or apply anti-rust wax after fastening.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, with the above-mentioned conventional technology, when painting, it causes uneven coating and increases the cost, and when using anti-corrosion wax, oil and fat adhere to unnecessary areas or ooze out. If dust adheres to this, it causes stains, and these methods also make it difficult for the rust preventive agent to penetrate sufficiently into the necessary interior of the joint, and it is not possible to maintain the rust preventive effect over a long period of time.

Therefore, the present invention is intended to improve the problems of the prior art mentioned above, and in particular, by interposing the rust preventive agent between the threaded part and the fastened member, the rust preventive agent is applied to the inside of the necessary joint by the applied force of the threaded part. In addition to sufficiently permeating the
The object of the present invention is to provide a rust-preventing washer that maintains this state to enhance the rust-preventing effect and also functions as a sealing material to prevent water from entering from the outside.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) The gist of the present invention is that the washer is made of a compressible and flexible synthetic resin foam, and a rust preventive agent is encapsulated in the synthetic resin foam. This is an anti-rust washer containing a large number of microcapsules. When the washer is interposed between the threaded part and the member to be fastened and tightened, the synthetic resin foam is compressed by the fastening force, the microcapsules are crushed or expanded, and the encapsulated rust preventive agent oozes out. However, the anticorrosion effect can be maintained over a long period of time because it sufficiently penetrates into the necessary joints and is also impregnated into the foam.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an enlarged view of the main parts clearly showing the features of the rust-preventing washer 1 according to the present invention. The washer 1 is made of a synthetic resin sheet made of compressible and flexible material such as urethane foam. It is made of foam 2 (hereinafter referred to as foam). Inside this foam 2, there are many microcapsules 3.
are contained in the microcapsules 3, and a rust preventive agent 4 is encapsulated in each of the microcapsules 3. Microcapsule 3
is added to the material of the foam 2 in advance before molding the foam 2, and is contained in the foam 2 by the foam molding process, and the size is about several tens of microns to several hundred microns. The coating is made of a fine synthetic resin material such as epoxy, nylon, or polyethylene, and has a coating thickness that is capable of exuding the enclosed rust preventive agent 4 by crushing or spreading it under a predetermined pressure. It is equipped with Further, as the rust preventive agent 4, for example, a rust preventive oil, lubricating oil, wax, a mixture of these oils and fats, etc., are used which have a rust preventive effect and have a suitable viscosity.

The washer 1 is formed into a ring shape, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, by punching and molding the sheet-like foam in the same way as a normal washer. An inner hole 5 having a diameter slightly smaller than the root diameter of the screw to be used is bored in the center of the washer 1.

Then, using a tightening tool (not shown), as shown in FIG.
When the washer 1 is inserted and fastened, the washer 1
A part of the washer 1 is pressed against the seat surface 7 and compressed, and the microcapsules 3 contained in the washer 1 are crushed or spread as shown in FIG. 6, and the enclosed rust preventive agent 4 is released. be done. The released rust preventive agent 4 is impregnated into the foam 2, and a part of it oozes out from the foam and flows between the outer periphery of each fastened member 8, 11 and the screw shaft portion 10, and the rust preventive agent 4 is impregnated into the foam 2. Adheres to joint surfaces damaged during construction.

Therefore, the joint surface is rust-proofed with the rust-preventing agent 4, and since the rust-preventing agent 4 is impregnated into the compressed foam 2 of the washer 1, it will not gradually flow out. This allows the rust preventive effect to be maintained over a long period of time. Furthermore, on the outer periphery of the washer 1 which is not subjected to pressure, the microcapsules 3 remain in their original shape and the rust preventive agent 4 does not ooze out to the outside, so dust does not adhere to them, and the compressed foam 2 prevents water etc. from leaking from the outside. It acts as a sealant to prevent intrusion. Further, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the washer 12, in which a protrusion 13 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the washer 1 to fit into the attachment hole 9 of the one fastened member 8. The protrusion 13 is connected to the screw shaft 10.
The rust preventive agent 4 exuded under the pressure flows out into the joint more effectively.

Note that the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the gist. For example, the foam may be made of a synthetic resin material with compressible flexibility other than urethane foam. or the shape of the washer can be rectangular or other shapes.
