動且つ固定自在とした扇形角度調節板と; 該扇形角度調節板の該直角フレームに固着された所要の
長さと幅とを有する脚踏み板とから成り; 該扇形角度調節板により該脚踏み板の角度を調節自在と
し且つ該脚踏み板の下縁と該両側側板の下縁との間に所

する内端に中央部を捲回し、他端を該脚踏み板の内側に
圧接させた反りスプリングとから成り; 該脚踏み板の上部を常時外側に押圧する事を特徴とする
寝た姿勢で使用する脚鍛練具。
