Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a serial fluorescent lamp system, with which fitting work of an apparatus can be rationalized, and which can be easily fitted, carried, and housed. CONSTITUTION:A fixed base board 1 to be fixed attachably and detachably to the opening part of a wiring duct, is provided. A conductor 1A is embedded in the fixed base board 1, and coupled terminals 2A, 3A protruded on a socket 2 and a ballast 3 are brought into contact with the conductor 1A, and are thus conducted. The conductors 1A of adjacent fixed base boards 1 are connected to each other by a connecting tool 4. The coupled terminals 2A, 3A are inserted into a pair of connection holes 1C from which the both side surfaces of the embedded conductors 1A appear, and the conductor 1A is fixed in such a way that the conductor is sandwiched between the terminals. A double-surface socket is used as the connecting tool 4.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a building structure such as a platform of a station or a factory that does not have a double ceiling, a fluorescent lamp is attached to a wiring duct such as a metal duct or a two-kind metal wire. . The work procedure at this time is to wire the cable inside the wiring duct, then assemble the fluorescent lamp fixture, and attach the fluorescent lamp to the wiring duct. Further, after a cable is called inside the device of the fluorescent lamp and the cable is connected to the terminal of the device, the reflector and the fluorescent tube are attached.
Therefore, the applicant has previously provided a fixed substrate that is detachably attached to the opening of the wiring duct, and arranged a rod-shaped fluorescent lamp on the fixed substrate to rationalize the work of attaching the device. We have proposed a continuous fluorescent lamp system.

A conventional continuous fluorescent lamp system is a type in which a fixed board is attached to and detached from a wiring duct, and sockets and stabilizers are mounted on the fixed board. It is a type of system in which adjacent rod-shaped fluorescent tubes are connected via the double-sided socket.
However, in both systems, wiring was performed inside the wiring duct, so in addition to the work of attaching and detaching the fixed substrate to the wiring duct, the work of connecting the connection terminals to each other near the wiring duct remained. It had been. Further, in both systems, the socket and the stabilizers are fixed to the fixed substrate in an exposed state, so it is necessary to take care when storing and transporting the parts of these system parts.

The connecting member 4 is a conductor 1 of an adjacent fixed substrate 1.
A is connected to each other. The connector 4 shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 has a strip plate shape in which locking portions 4B that are fitted and locked in the locking grooves 1B of the fixed substrate 1 are projectingly provided on both sides of the locking tool 4B similarly to the socket 2 described above. The fixed substrate 1 is connected together with the conductors 1A. 9 to 11 shows a state in which the double-sided socket 20 is used as the connector 4. In this double-sided socket 20, the connector 4 that connects the fixed substrate 1 and the conductor 1A to each other becomes the double-sided socket 20 of the fluorescent tube Q as it is, which has an advantage that the number of parts of the system member can be further reduced. In this way, the connecting tool 4 connects the conductors 1A to each other to make them conductive, and as shown in the wiring diagram of FIG. 12, the conductors 1 of the adjacent fixed substrates 1 are connected.
Any one can be selected, such as one that directly connects A's or one that connects conductors 1A to each other to provide switches T at two or more places as shown in the wiring diagram in FIG. still,
As the connecting terminal 4A of the connector 4, as shown in FIG. 14, the connecting terminal 4A in which terminals similar to those of the socket 2 and the ballast 3 are projectingly provided at both ends of the strip plate is used.

The present invention achieves the original object by being configured as described above. That is, according to claim 1, since all the lead wires are omitted as in the prior art, and the mounting is completed simply by inserting the connecting terminals 2A and 3A of each system member into the fixed substrate 1, the fluorescent light mounted on the wiring duct is obtained. The appearance of the lighting fixture can be improved, and the work of mounting the fluorescent lighting fixture can be further rationalized.
