定着座の形成方法に関する。更に詳しくは、コンクリー
トパイルを造形する際該パイルの端部に設けられる端板
に、PC鋼線のヘッドを定着させるための略ひょうたん形
の定着座を形成する方法に関するものである。

(ひょうたん形穴)を形成するまでに数工程を要するた
めに、金型の交換及び端板の位置決め等も数回行う必要
があって作業効率が悪い他、不良品が多く発生し、ま
た、必然的に設備が複雑となり、設備費も要するという
欠点があった。

ような略ひょうたん形の定着座を形成するに当り、上記
タップ孔2と通孔3と連通孔4は勿論、通孔3の上部に
はPC鋼線のヘッド定着用凹部5をプレス加工により同時
に形成するものである。このプレス加工には、例えば第
3図及び第4図に示すような上型6と下型7とを使用す
る。上型6は、タップ孔2の打抜用パンチ8と通孔3の
打抜用パンチ9と連通孔4の打抜用パンチ10とが一体に
設けられ、かつ、通孔3の打抜用パンチ9にはPC鋼線の
ヘッド定着用凹部5を形成するための絞りパンチ11が備
えており、第3図Bに示す如く、下端面略ひょうたん形
を呈している。

れ、第4図Aに示すように上面略ひょうたん形の穴が形
成されているものである。この下型7の上面に端板1を
当接し、上記上型6により加圧する。そうすると、まず
タップ孔2の部分が打抜かれ、次いで連通孔4の部分が
打抜かれ、次いでPC鋼線の通孔3はやや遅れて内側に少
々歪みながら打抜かれる。この際、PC鋼線の通孔3のダ
イス穴部の切刃は下型7の上面より下った凹部15の底部
に位置しているので、打抜かれる通孔3の下面側の穴は
大分広がり気味になる。尚も加圧すると、第5図に示す
如く、タップ孔2、通孔3及び連通孔4とからなる略ひ
ょうたん形の穴に打抜かれ、上型6の各打抜用パンチ
8、9、10の下端部が下型7のダイス穴14に挿入する。
更に上型6の加圧を続ける。そうすると、上型6の絞り
パンチ11が通孔3の上面を押圧し、通孔3の上部にPC鋼
線のヘッド定着用凹部5が形成される。この際、上型6
の各打抜用パンチ8、9、10の下端部は端板1のタップ
孔2、通孔3、連通孔4を貫通して下型7のダイス穴14
に芯金の如くそれぞれ嵌入しているので、絞りパンチ11
により絞り押し出された鋼材は打抜用パンチ9及び10の
周囲を押圧しながら下方に移動し、通孔3及び連通孔4
は勿論、タップ孔2の形状を損うことなく下型7の凹部
15により通孔3の下面外周に凸条16を形成する。このと
き、PC鋼線の定着部は略ひょうたん形に打抜かれ、捨穴
的効果により歪み吸収し、上型6の絞りパンチ11による
鋼材の絞り移動量も少なく、下型7の凹部15の大きさも
上記鋼材の移動量を基準にしてその形状、大きさ及び深
さ等を考慮することによって、PC鋼線のヘッド定着用凹
部5の周囲のダレコミや歪みが殆どなくなるものであ
る。なお、第3図及び第4図に示すような上型6と下型
7とによりプレス加工する場合を説明したが、プレス加
工する型やその手段は上述したものに限定されない。上
述のように1工程で端板1に略ひょうたん形の穴を形成
した後に、タップ孔2にタップ加工を施す。これは第2
工程で、タップ加工は常法により行う。
