Frame rods with a simple structure are widely used. This frame rod uses the conductive action and rectifying action of flame, and applies an AC voltage to the frame rod,
The direct current (generally called the flame current) rectified by the rectifying action of the flame is taken out and amplified.
It is used as a flame detection signal. Although the frame rod method has a relatively simple structure, it has a problem of heat resistance because the rod (electrode) is inserted into the flame, and the insulation property is deteriorated due to aging and adhesion of soot. There's a problem.

Incidentally, FIG. 1 is a system diagram showing an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a burner device of a boiler, and FIG. 2 is a graph showing changes in the detected current value of the frame rod. In FIG. 1, the boiler (1) is equipped with a burner device (2) for heating, and is configured to send combustion air to the burner device (2) by a blower (3). A fuel supply line (4) is connected to the burner device (2), and a fuel pump (5) and a fuel solenoid valve (6) are inserted in the fuel supply line (4). The burner device (2) has a frame rod (7) for detecting the presence or absence of flame.
Is attached. As described above, the flame detection procedure by the frame rod (7) is as follows.
An AC voltage is applied to the DC voltage, the DC current generated by being rectified by the rectifying action of the flame is extracted, amplified, and used as a flame detection signal. The operation and stop of the boiler (1) are controlled by the load condition, and are controlled by the combustion controller (9) based on the signal of the pressure detector (8) that detects the boiler can internal pressure. That is, when the internal pressure of the can exceeds a preset pressure value, the combustion is stopped, and when the internal pressure of the can becomes less than the set value, the combustion is started. A water level detector (10) for detecting the water level in the boiler can is attached to the boiler (1). Based on the signal from the water level detector (10), a water level control device (not shown) appropriately controls the water supply pump (12) in the water supply line (11).
Is turned on and off to keep the water level in the boiler can at a certain level. The frame rod (7) is connected to the judging device (13). This judging device (13) is the same as the frame rod (7).
Of the current detected by the flame rod (7) due to the rectifying action of the flame, the value during ignition and the value during combustion are compared, and the difference ΔA between them is set in advance. When it is larger than the predetermined value, a signal indicating that the insulation state of the frame rod (7) is defective is emitted. It should be noted that the former set value is obtained by experiment and set such that a normal combustion can be detected, but a value that will soon lead to a completely defective state. That is, the frame rod (7) is attached to the burner device (2) via an insulating member, but when soot or the like is attached to the insulating member, the alternating current is transferred via an attached substance such as soot (mainly carbon). Because of the flow, an alternating current will flow through the frame rod (7). Therefore, if the amount of soot attached increases, the value of the direct current detected by the frame rod (7) will decrease. In general, the soot and other such deposits have electrical insulating properties, but have the property that the electrical resistance value decreases as the temperature rises. Therefore, the combustion shifts to steady combustion after ignition, and the flame rod (7)
In a state where the temperature of the deposits and their deposits is stable at the specified temperature,
The current value detected by the flame rod (7) stabilizes at a lower value than that at the time of ignition. Therefore, the frame rod (7)
By comparing the value during ignition and the value during combustion among the detected currents, the insulation state of the frame rod (7) can be determined. When the judgment device (13) outputs the insulation failure signal as described above, the boiler (1) is stopped by selecting a time period during which the boiler (1) may be stopped, and inspection / repair is performed to determine the failure. Try to eliminate the cause. Further, even if the insulation state of the flame rod (7) deteriorates, the level of the detected current value (flame current value) during combustion is lowered to some extent, but it is stable as described above, and if the combustion adjustment is poor, For example, since the detected current value (frame current value) is lowered to the misfire level, control as in this invention is possible.

ができる。The present invention is configured as described above, and compares the detected current value of the flame rod due to the rectifying action of flame with the value at the time of ignition and the value at the time of combustion, and the difference between the two is the preset value. When it is larger, by issuing a signal indicating that the insulation state of the frame rod is defective, the insulation failure state of the frame rod can be detected at an early stage. Furthermore, since the state of insulation deterioration of the frame rod in the burner device can be detected early in this way, the burner device itself, and further, the operation of the thermal equipment such as the boiler using this burner device, can be stopped without stopping immediately. It is possible to perform inspection and repair by selecting a time period that may be allowed, and it is possible to prevent the operation of the burner device and the thermal equipment from being disturbed.
