In a conventional temperature measuring device that uses a thermocouple as a temperature sensor,
The electromotive force generated by the temperature measuring contact of the thermocouple is the electromotive force with the sensor terminal of the main body as the reference contact. Therefore, it is necessary to add the electromotive force corresponding to the temperature of the reference junction to the electromotive force to be generated. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately measure the temperature of the contact point to which the thermocouple is connected and to compensate the temperature obtained from the thermocouple with the software of the input circuit or the control device. Therefore, when arranging the cold junction compensation element in the case, it is provided at a position close to the connection terminal of the thermocouple, and a heat dissipation port is opened in the case near the cold junction compensation element to detect the temperature change of the connection terminal. It is known that the outside air is allowed to flow in. There is also known a device in which a cold junction compensating element is provided at a terminal portion outside the case.

However, in such a conventional temperature control device, when a cold-junction compensating element is mounted inside, a temperature difference may occur between the reference contact and the inside of the main body, and accurate temperature compensation cannot be performed. Further, when it is provided outside, there is a drawback that it is lost or the case is not replaceable with the printed circuit board or the like in the case.

A bridge circuit is formed by the resistors R1 to R3 together with the temperature-sensitive resistor 8 that measures a temperature of 10 g. The operational amplifier 13 compensates the temperature of the thermocouple 12 by amplifying this voltage difference and outputs a signal of a level corresponding to the temperature of the temperature measuring contact at the tip of the thermocouple 12. Then, this output is transmitted to a control unit (not shown) to control the temperature of the controlled object to a set value.

Here, the connection terminals 10f and 10g are connected to the printed circuit board 5 through the terminal screws 9f and 9g and the edge patterns 6f and 6g described above. As described above, according to the present invention, by mounting the cold junction compensating element on the same surface as the edge pattern of the printed circuit board, when the printed circuit board is replaced, the temperature sensitive resistor itself is also replaced. The compatibility can be improved and the risk of loss can be eliminated as compared with the case where the temperature sensitive resistor is connected to the outside. Further, since it is thermally contacted via the terminal fitting, it is possible to obtain an effect that the influence of the internal temperature can be suppressed.
