Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable repairing excellent in reliability to the damage of a pipeline branch part by covering the pipeline branch part by means of a repairing tool, and repairing the damage itself through 2 process of filling the damage of the pipeline branch part with water stop agent held in a chemical chamber by injecting it. CONSTITUTION:When the damage generated on the connecting part of a main pipe 11 of a pipeline branch part to a branch pipe 12 is repaired, an attaching track provided with a jack 14a is inserted into the main pipe 11 and then moved through a positioning rope, so as to position a repairing tool 1 supported by this track just under an opening end of the branch pipe 12. And a sleeve part 2 of the repairing tool 1 is inserted into the branch pipe 12 by extending the jack 14a, and pressing force of the repairing tool 1 by the jack 14a is increased, thereby the thin wall part 5 of a chemical chamber 4 is bursted by pinching the flange part 3 between the jack and the inner surface of the main pipe 11. Thereby water stop agent 6 in the chemical chamber 4 is injected, so as to adhesively fix the repairing tool 1 in the desired position of the pipeline branch part, and also so as to fill the damage part.

That is, in the repair structure according to the above-mentioned conventional technique, repair is performed by covering the damage with the reinforcing pad, but the damage itself formed at the branch portion of the conduit is repaired. If the deterioration or damage of the reinforcing pad occurs after this repair, the branch portion of the conduit will be damaged as it is, so it is not always sufficient in terms of the reliability of the repair structure.

In order to achieve this object, the invention according to claim 1 is formed of a flexible material from the inside of a pipe branch portion formed by a main pipe and a branch pipe. A method of repairing a conduit branch part, wherein a repair tool having a tubular sleeve part and a flange part formed at one end of the sleeve part is mounted, wherein the sleeve part is inserted into a branch pipe, and A step of mounting the repair tool so that the flange portion closely contacts the inner surface of the main pipe, and a step of laminating a repair material impregnated with a synthetic resin on the inner surface of the main pipe including the pipe branch portion, After the synthetic resin is hardened, the repairing material is used to cut away the portion corresponding to the opening of the sleeve portion. From installation of the repair tool to completion of stacking of the repair material During Re or steps, a method of repairing a pipeline bifurcation, characterized in that the filling in the damaged conduit bifurcation is ejected from the chemical chamber.

The outer diameter of the sleeve portion 2 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the branch pipe to be used, and the inner diameter side of the sleeve portion 2 functions as the flow path of the branch pipe after being mounted on the branch pipe. Therefore, the upper end portion of the sleeve portion 2 on the inner diameter side is formed as a taper surface whose inner diameter increases toward the upper portion, so that foreign matter flowing in the branch pipe is prevented from being caught and clogged in the branch pipe.

In this embodiment, since the pipe branch G has a structure in which the end of the branch pipe 12 is inserted into the through hole formed in the main pipe 11, the connecting portion between the two is the outer periphery of the branch pipe 12. It is in line with. On the other hand, since the repair tool 1 has the thin portion 5 formed on the upper surface of the flange portion 3 as described above, the waterproofing agent 6 ejected from the broken thin portion 5 does not bend the flow direction so much. The connection part can be reached and the waterproofing agent 6 can reliably fill the damage.

By thus forming the locking projection 42 on the sleeve portion 2 of the repair tool 41, it is possible to surely reduce the pressure applied to the flange portion 3 when the repair tool 41 is mounted on the branch pipe 12. Therefore, there is an advantage that there is no possibility that the chemical liquid chamber 4 is erroneously strongly pressed and the water blocking agent 6 is jetted out.

In the repair tool 51 of FIG. 8, a chemical liquid chamber 52 extending from the flange portion 3 to the lower portion of the sleeve portion 2 is formed, and a thin portion 5 is formed in the lower portion of the sleeve portion 2 toward the outer peripheral side. It is different from the repair tool 1.

Due to the arrangement of the chemical liquid chamber 52 and the thin portion 5 as described above, the main pipe 11 having a through hole at the end of the branch pipe 12 is formed.
In the pipe branch portion G of the connection structure abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe 11, the end portion of the branch pipe 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe 11 are likely to be damaged when repairing the pipe branch portion G. There is an advantage that the liquid medication 6 can be reliably supplied.

In the embodiment described above, the step of laminating the repair material is performed after the step of mounting the repair tool on the conduit branch portion G, but the repair method of the present application is not limited to this. Alternatively, the repair material cutting step may be performed after the repair material stacking step, and then the repair tool mounting step may be performed. In this case, if the thin portion 5 of the chemical liquid chamber 4 is formed in the lower part of the sleeve portion 2 toward the outer peripheral side like the repair tool 51, it is possible to connect to the damaged connection portion. It is possible to further ensure the arrival of the chemical liquid.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, in addition to the repair tool covering the branching portion of the conduit, the waterproofing agent held in the chemical liquid chamber is ejected to the pipe. Since the damage of the branching portion is filled and the damage itself is positively repaired, highly reliable repair can be performed for the damage of the branching portion.
