Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for repairing a connecting portion of an installation pipe to a main pipe when the inner peripheral surface of a pipe installed underground is repaired by lining. The present invention relates to a method for lining an existing pipe main pipe and an attached pipe to solve the above problem. 2. Description of the Related Art For example, a sewer sewer has a main pipe laid underground and a mounting pipe connected to each home. The mounting pipe is connected to the main pipe via a socket. Or directly connected. Such sewers are subject to cracks, etc. in the mounting pipe or main pipe due to the aging of the main pipe or mounting pipe due to an increase in the number of years of use, or due to the effects of earthquakes, land subsidence, heavy vehicles, etc. There is a possibility that breakage will occur, earth and sand will flow into the main pipe, and water leakage will occur. For this reason, sewers are being repaired. [0003] As a method of repairing a sewer, various methods including an open-cut method and a non-cut-and-cut method are employed. Among them, the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-56738 discloses a method of repairing pipes to be repaired. A flexible hose containing a curable resin is introduced into the culvert, a gas flow is allowed to flow into the hose, and the hose is brought into close contact with the inner wall. In this state, a curing mechanism is introduced to cure the curable resin, and the curing is performed. The inner periphery of the pipe is lined with the hose. This technique is advantageous because the sewer can be repaired in an uncut state and the hardened hose has high strength. As a technique for repairing the inner peripheral surface of a main pipe or a mounting pipe constituting a sewer over the entire circumference, Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-98.
The technology of Japanese Patent Publication No. 682 is proposed. In this technique, the main pipe and the mounting pipe were subjected to water-stop treatment by inverting and inserting a so-called start liner made of a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a water blocking agent into the main pipe and the mounting pipe, respectively, and then the outer peripheral surface was coated with a film. A main pipe lining material obtained by impregnating a non-woven fabric with an uncured curable resin is invertedly inserted into the main pipe to perform lining of the main pipe, and thereafter, a film corresponding to at least the mounting pipe opening of the main pipe lining material. A part is removed, and a fitting part provided with a flange part, which comes into contact with the main pipe lining material of the flange part, is inserted into the mounting pipe from the main pipe side with a mounting pipe lining material made of a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an uncured curable resin. Then, the mounting pipe is lined, and thereafter, the curable resin impregnated in the corresponding contact portion is cured while the contact portion of the mounting pipe lining material flange is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe lining material. hand A pipe liner bag and the mounting pipe liner is a tube lining method for bonding integrated. With this technology, the main pipe lining material and the mounting pipe lining material can be integrated. [0005] However, even the technique for repairing the connection between the main pipe and the branch pipe is not yet complete, and the pipes may be damaged by an earthquake, subsidence, or over the ground. When the vehicle is affected by vibrations caused by heavy vehicles, omnidirectional forces such as shearing force, tensile force, compressive force, etc. act on the joint between the main pipe lining material and the flange of the branch pipe lining material, and the connection is made. The parts may be separated. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a reasonable repair method for a connecting portion between a main pipe and a mounting pipe which constitute a sewer. [0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a method for lining an existing pipe main pipe and an attached pipe according to the present invention comprises the steps of: A lining step for the main pipe in which a lining material for repairing main pipes containing a hardening resin is adhered and the lining material for repairing main pipes is cured, and for repairing a mounting pipe containing uncured curable resin on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe. A lining method for an existing pipe main pipe and a mounting pipe including a step of lining the mounting pipe for bringing the lining material into close contact and curing the mounting pipe repair lining material, wherein a saddle portion along the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe is provided. A tubular portion protruding from the saddle portion and substantially along the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe, wherein the saddle portion and the tubular portion are integrally formed of a material containing an uncured curable resin and have an inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion. At least over the entire circumference of the cylinder A repair member having one annular watertight packing and having an annular watertight packing surrounding the entire circumference of the mounting pipe on the inner peripheral surface of the saddle portion is disposed at a connection portion of the mounting pipe with respect to the main pipe, and a cylindrical part is provided. Then, the saddle portion is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe, respectively, and is hardened and attached. After that, the uncured main pipe repair lining material is placed in the main pipe with the repair member attached to the connection portion. At the same time, the saddle part of the repair member is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe, and then the lining material for repairing the main pipe is cured. Forming the lining,
Thereafter, an opening is formed at a portion corresponding to the mounting pipe of the main pipe lining, and further, the uncured mounting pipe repair lining material is coated on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the repairing member. And the diameter is expanded by air pressure so as to make close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the repair member, and then the mounting pipe repair lining material is cured to form a mounting pipe lining. It is characterized by the following. In the above-mentioned method for lining an existing main pipe and a fitting pipe according to the present invention, the lining material for repairing the main pipe and the lining for repairing the fitting pipe are provided via a repair member disposed at a connection portion between the main pipe and the fitting pipe. Since the members are connected, it is not necessary to form a flange portion for connecting to the lining material for main pipe repair on the lining material for mounting pipe repair. For this reason, the lining material for mounting pipe repair can be used in the form of a sleeve, and even if an earthquake, land subsidence, or vibration due to the passage of heavy vehicles acts on the lining material, it may cause damage to the connection. Since the lining material for repairing the mounting pipe and the lining material for repairing the main pipe are not fixed and the flexibility is generated, there is no trouble in the connecting portion. In the lining method of the main pipe of the existing pipe and the mounting pipe according to the present invention, the repairing member having the annular watertight packing surrounding the entire circumference of the mounting pipe is used on the inner peripheral surface of the saddle portion. Water does not leak from the gap between the saddle portion of the repair member and the hardened lining material for repairing the main pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A preferred embodiment of a method for lining an existing pipe and an attached pipe (hereinafter, simply referred to as “main lining method”) according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the steps from the attachment of the repair member to the main pipe lining in the lining method, and FIG. 1 (a) is a view for explaining a state in which the repair member is arranged at the connection between the main pipe and the mounting pipe, and FIG. () Is a diagram illustrating a state in which the inner wall of the main pipe is lined with a lining material for main pipe repair.

It has 10 and is formed to be deformable. The cross-sectional shape of the annular waterproof packing is elliptical as shown in FIGS.
It can take a cross-sectional shape such as a square, a triangle, a trapezoid and the like. The above-mentioned repairing member 4 is attached to the outside of a tube-shaped member previously formed in a T-shape or a T-shape and provided with a radiation irradiation lamp therein, and is moved to a predetermined connecting portion 3. The saddle portion 4a and the cylindrical portion 4b of the repairing member 4 are brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2, respectively, by expanding the tubular member by applying air pressure. The material of the repairing member 4 is cured by irradiating the material to be attached to the target connecting portion 3 (see FIG. 1A). In this case, the repair member 4 is tightly fixed without being bonded to the contact surface with the main pipe 1 or the mounting pipe 2. As a technique for fixing such a repair member, for example, there is a “pipe inner surface repair device” disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-286877. After the repair member 4 is attached to the necessary connecting portion 3 in the main pipe 1, the main pipe 1 is lined. In this lining method, a main pipe repair lining material containing an uncured curable resin is inserted into the main pipe 1, and the main pipe repair lining material is expanded by applying air pressure to the inside of the main pipe repair lining material. To the inner peripheral surface of At this time, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the repair member 4 arranged at the connecting portion 3 has its saddle portion 4a pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1 by the main pipe repair lining material 6. Can be By curing the lining material 6 for main pipe repair in this state, the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1 is repaired by the lining material 6 for main pipe repair. Therefore, the saddle portion 4 of the repair member 4
a firmly adheres to the main pipe repair lining material 6 and the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1. When the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1 is repaired as described above, the mounting pipe 2 is closed by the lining material 6 for repairing the main pipe. For this reason, after the lining, the main pipe repair lining material 6 that is closed for each mounting pipe 2 is pierced to form the opening 7. This opening operation is performed using a robot or the like having a cutter for drilling. Next, the mounting pipe 2 is repaired. In this repair, as shown in FIG. 2B, a lining material 8 for repairing the mounting pipe containing an uncured curable resin is inserted into the inside of the mounting pipe 2 and the lining material 8 for repairing the mounting pipe is inserted into the lining material 8. It is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2 by applying air pressure to expand the pipe. At this time, the repair member 4 arranged at the connection portion 3
The cylindrical portion 4b is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2 by the lining material 8 for mounting pipe repair. After that, by stiffening the expanded lining material 8 for mounting pipe repair, the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2 is repaired by the hardened lining material 8 for mounting pipe repair. With the hardening of the mounting pipe repair lining material 8, the cylindrical portion 4 b of the repair member 4 firmly adheres to the mounting pipe repair lining material 8 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the end of the lining material 8 for repairing the mounting pipe 2 in which the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2 has been repaired is formed by cutting or the like, so that the main pipe 1 and the main pipe 1 are formed. Mounting pipe 2
The lining for is ended. In the above configuration, at the connecting portion 3 between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2, the saddle portion 4a of the repair member 4 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 1, and the saddle portion 4a The pipe repair lining material 6 is hardened in close contact. The cylindrical portion 4b of the repair member 4 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 2,
The lining material 8 for attachment pipe repair is hardened in a state in which the lining material 8 for attachment pipe repair is in close contact with the cylindrical portion 4b. Therefore, the annular watertight packing 5 sandwiched between the cylindrical portion 4b and the lining material 8 for repairing the mounting pipe and the saddle portion 4b and the lining material 6 for repairing the main pipe are pressed by both to exhibit a sufficient water stopping function. However, even if groundwater or the like intrudes between the mounting pipe 2 and the mounting pipe repair lining material 8, the infiltrated groundwater or the like does not leak into the main pipe repair lining material 6. As described above, the lining members 6 and 8 are tightly hardened while maintaining the sleeve-like shape with respect to the saddle 4a and the cylindrical portion 4b of the repairing member 4, respectively. For this reason, a flange portion is formed on the mounting pipe lining material 8, or the lining materials 6, 8
Need not be integrated. For this reason, an unreasonable force does not act on each of the lining members 6, 8, and it is possible to maintain a stable strength. That is, a force in a complicated direction such as a shearing force, a tensile force or a compressive force acts on the connecting portion 3 between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2 due to an influence of an earthquake, land subsidence, or vibration caused by heavy vehicle traffic. Even in this case, due to these forces, the degree of adhesion between the saddle portion 4a of the repair member 4 and the lining material 6 for repairing the main pipe, and the degree of adhesion between the cylindrical portion 4b and the lining material 8 for repairing the mounting pipe are impaired. Therefore, the function as a sewer can be stably exhibited for a long period of time. Each of the lining materials 6, 8 may be an ultraviolet-curable lining material or a thermosetting lining material. The repair member 4 may be an ultraviolet-curing repair member or a thermosetting repair member. As described in detail above, in the lining method according to the present invention, the saddle portion along the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe and the mounting section of the mounting pipe are previously provided at the joint between the main pipe and the mounting pipe. A repair member having a cylindrical portion along the inner peripheral surface is arranged, and thereafter, the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe is repaired with the lining material for main pipe repair, and at the same time, connected to the saddle portion. This makes it possible to repair the inner peripheral surface of the mounting pipe and at the same time connect it to the cylindrical portion. For this reason, each lining material will be connected via a repair member, and the effect of the earthquake, land subsidence, or vibration accompanying heavy vehicle traffic will be transmitted to the repair member, which will hinder each lining material at the connection part. Never come. In particular, by providing annular watertight packings in the cylindrical portion and the saddle portion, respectively, the annular watertight packing is formed between the flow passage formed inside each lining material, the lining material for repairing the mounting tube, and the mounting tube. The gap can be blocked, whereby groundwater can be prevented from penetrating into the sewer and leakage of sewage can be prevented.
